Don’t go on the weekend.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to connect with guests.

Cons:

The massive party they had on Saturday with loud guests that destroyed the pool area, stayed above us sounding like elephants and ended with the cops coming to arrest someone.

I give this place a rating of 8.8 and will stay there again next year.
Pros:

Excellent lighting, comfortable easy chair, good mini fridge, comfortable mattress. The housekeeping service was very good. WIFI was good. The shower was good with nice water pressure.

Cons:

They told me they would save a first floor room for me, but they didn't. The room should have had a sofa. The soap dispenser was empty.

All in all, everything was very nice

Cons:

Television reception
Could have been better. Also maybe a few more electrical outlets. People now have more electronics to charge.

Overly surprised at how nice the staff were and clean the rooms were. The pool and spa very nice.

All the staff were so nice.

It was a little loud at night but it wasn’t that bad.

Efficiency and quality.
Pros:

Staff was available to assist me with air-conditioner. Fixed the issue quickly and allowing me to enjoy my stay.

We like the location a lot. The rooms are cleaned occasionally and the staff is nice.
Pros:

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained by the staff.

Cons:

The hotel room WiFi did not work in the breakfast room though it worked in the hotel room. The food choices were mostly good except for the bean burritos on Thursday which are dry and have very little filling.
The ice machine did not work.
