Don’t go on the weekend.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to connect with guests.

Cons:

The massive party they had on Saturday with loud guests that destroyed the pool area, stayed above us sounding like elephants and ended with the cops coming to arrest someone.

Pros:

Our room is on the 2nd floor facing the pool. In the very north end. We enjoyed it very much. The last couple stays have been overlooking the parking lot on the south side. Very noisy.

I give this place a rating of 8.8 and will stay there again next year.
Pros:

Excellent lighting, comfortable easy chair, good mini fridge, comfortable mattress. The housekeeping service was very good. WIFI was good. The shower was good with nice water pressure.

Cons:

They told me they would save a first floor room for me, but they didn't. The room should have had a sofa. The soap dispenser was empty.

Could have been better. Also maybe a few more electrical outlets. People now have more electronics to charge.

Overly surprised at how nice the staff were and clean the rooms were. The pool and spa very nice.
