Pros:

For the most part it was good.

Cons:

A lot of very noisy kids and they played door ditch at 1:00 in the morning.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean

Cons:

Security was lacking, the doors to the floor were left open all night. The area was extremely noisy and I am NOT talking about freeway noise.

So very disappointing this best western was not worth the money spent!

Location was convenient that’s it!

Cons:

Everything could’ve been better the room the night clerk the jacuzzi was not clean trading rooms for working a/c the shower water was cold waiting 15 minutes clerk says oh you need to wait 20 minutes! Teenagers banging on doors and running away and allowing them in the pool after hours. They booked a church guests were rude they should have a separate breakfast area for large groups they would run out of food. They let there kid run back and forth you could hear every foot step downstairs they’re neighbor also we’re disturbed with noise went on our second night our third night we were done glad we were leaving

Pros:

The motel was a good price with comfy beds and coffee facilities in the room. I had breakfast waffles, yoghurt, fruit and orange juice which was all really good.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, especially the carpets and there was quite a lot of noise from the railway crossing through the night, so better glazing would be ideal. The hot food at breakfast didn't look very appetising, but there were plenty of other choices.

Pros:

It was close to shops.

Cons:

The outside light is on all night and comes through the curtain no matter what you do. The air conditioning blows right on your face all night. The fridge is loud. Someone from the front office called me at 11pm one night. The door to the hallway to the room was locked and the card reader wasn’t working on it so I had to walk all the way around. The breakfast was sub-par.
