Had a good stay , but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Location next to the zoo

Cons:

It’s getting tired, the room was very hot even with a fan , and the rooms above were very noisy. The options on the menu were limited . The facilities, pool / spa were closed which we weren’t informed until after booking although we could have cancelled

Family room was spacious, with bunk beds for the kids and comfortable beds.
Breakfast was buffet style and absolutely fine for the one night we stayed.

Cons:

Pool was closed but this was explained during the booking process and some areas were a little tired.

OK for a night but no longer
Pros:

The location is easy to get to and in a great spot. The staff are all really nice. Breakfast was super. The room was clean.

Cons:

Beds were rock hard - I barely slept a wink. The plumbing left a lot to be desired: very noisy and ‘jerky’ taps which meant the bath took ages to fill. The hotel is quite tired and dated. We’ve been coming for a few years now.

Pros:

Location of hotel

Cons:

Dirty, spiders and webs on walls in restaurant. No pool, not advised at point of booking, only advised afer booking processed. No tv remote in room, asjed for one and all channels had no signal. Very noisy plumbing system. Heard every footstep in the block. No menu to preview options. No fresh hot cooked breakfast, it wasxa bufffet of luke warm sloppy eggs. Even Premier Inn offer to cook choices of hot breakfast. Beds on wheels which the single bed kept moving

Very dirty run down hotel do not stay here
Pros:

The location for the zoo and the friendly staff although the house keeper pushed straight infront of my when I was half way checking in.

Cons:

The dirty bed linen , dirty hotel and run down.
Breakfast was horrendous. Sausage and bacon cold burnt and dry and the hash brown was too. Hardly any options not like a normal buffet
Old toilets and baths thrown in the grounds and this was the view from our room.
Carpets throughout filthy.
Tv not working
Old run down bathroom
