Pros:

The gym had a decent number of free weights. The bathroom was nice.

Cons:

The customer service prior to arriving. Rude staff who answered the phone. However, the director of operations was good and rectified the situation.

The breakfast was horrible. The boiled eggs could barely peel, and most of the food tasted like crap. The coffee was also bad.

Cons:

Just that the elevator was dwn when I was checking in, I was on the sixth floor. Had to leave n come back when it was fixed because I wasn’t taking the stairs with all my belongings especially when I have arthritis in my knees.

Our stay was extremely uncomfortable from start to finish.

The room was freezing cold even with the heater turned to the maximum setting. The beds only had two thin white sheets and a very light blanket — not even a proper duvet. It was so cold that my children were sneezing throughout the night. The floors were also freezing, which made the entire room feel even more uncomfortable.

The pool layout makes absolutely no sense. It is located right by the main entrance and reception area. After using the pool, the shower would not warm up, so we had no choice but to walk back to our room in wet swimsuits. We had to pass directly by the main entrance where guests were constantly coming in and out, exposing us to freezing air. It was a very unpleasant and poorly thought-out setup — especially for families with children.

To make matters worse, the hallways leading to the rooms were visibly dirty. There was dirt everywhere and the carpets looked filthy and poorly maintained.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

the pool was the main reason for booking and our kids couldn't even stay in for 5 minutes
