The entry and elevator were filthy . The restaurant was poor meals. Needs a new chef. Good staff though.

The place has a strange smell to it
The pool was closed without any warning, our family booked 5 rooms for a reunion. We where in the tower and it was mediocre. No hair conditioner, housekeeping came once in nights. The other side of the hotel was terrifying. Mold and mildew stench, people living in the rooms, smoke and curry smells throughout the halls. Our window was missing a crank to open. Im very very disappointed we spent our money here.

Room was clean and supplied properly. Good parking. Close to all amenities.
I had to ask twice to have someone to come and fix the TV.
The paneling on the bathroom door was falling off.
The dead bolt on the door was not properly aligned so it could not be used.
The person who check us in is very unprofessional he nis checking us in while talking somebody on his phone. He is on the rush and didn't even explain the facility of the hotel. He is not accommodating at all. I call to the front desk to say no need for our room to be cleaned but if they can change our towels and garbage they didn't do it. Staff in here are not welcoming you have to probably train your staff what is Hospitality all about! Very disappointed with this and probably complain to the head..

Elevator was out of service (which i understand it happens) but no one notified us , we were waiting at 4th floor for the elevator for 10 mins and than had to go down by stairs guessing that may be it not working , that was true
Was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Hotel was being painted and was the faint smell of paint + the decorators often seemed to be moving about, sometimes we had to wait a couple of times for the elevator. Also car park could get very busy.
