The toilet seat was loose, something you should notice if you clean it. But my hubby fixed it. I had to go ask for tea as there was only a green one in the room, that looked like it had been there a long time.

Would rather stay in HELL than that place.

Where do I start. The property is so worn down. The staff are unhelpful, not communicative, don’t solve the MANY problems we had in only a 2 night stay.

Doors were busted, ac didn’t work, toilets broke without anything to fix and left us with no toilet for almost a full day (again only a two night stay), rooms were UNCLEAN (pubes in the freaking sinks, blood stains on show curtains, feet marks on headboard, AND MORE), smoke detectors smashed into walls/ holes in walls and even vandalized rooms.

Find ANYWHERE ELSE TO STAY. wouldn’t even comp for the horrible times. Switched rooms 3 times.

Great place to stay and friendly staffs.
Pros:

Clean room, bathroom and sitting area. In addition to the neat and clean space, the spacious kitchen with large cabinets that added ' a home away from home' vibe to the room, which was completely unexpected, an ironing board etc. One could spend an extended time without being bored because it's an apartment. I expected a room, but got a fully furnished apartment. The iron was it for me because getting clothes ironed on trips can be a little challenging which may add additional cost and delay due to extra charges for dry cleaning. Seeing that was the best highlight especially because of the straight budget nature of my trip.
Very friendly staffs, always smiling and they take the cutest pics too haha. They took my pics every day, very kind.

Cons:

My time at the hotel was not long to make an observation outside of my room. It was a very busy trip. I left early mornings and returned late. However, there's always room for improvements.

Good dinner at the hotel
Pros:

The restaurant was real good, great friendly service!
Front desk was also good

Cons:

Where to start… room smelled like dirty feet or stinky socks or something..
went to hv a bath, the tub and a dirt ring around it, so I cleaned it, didn’t care for the black hairs either.
Coffee pot did t work, and the bed was absolutely horrendous!! We sunk in the middle it was the worse hotel bed I think I’ve slept in, so I slept on the little sofa

We requested a room by the elevator and the young man seemed to think it was funny.

Location was good, staff was exceptional in accommodating our requests. Price was very reasonable.

Cons:

Learned from previous stay with a kitchenette to check first that it is stocked with kitchenware. I contacted the hotel prior to inquire and they accommodated our request prior to our arrival. Bring your own spices though as nothing is provided. We have a kit we bring with us.
