Very dirty. Poorly done renos.
Uncomfortable room. Outside was like a homeless camp, garbage, cigarettes and dog poop everywhere

the pool was the main reason for booking and our kids couldn't even stay in for 5 minutes

Very disappointed. The ac/heater. Wasn't working properly at all . No microwave in room . Bathroom was dirty. N some weird smell from bathroom n sink so disgusting smell make me wanted to puke. Not worth the price rate.

Pros:

The staff were amazing! Very customer service oriented and treated us like gold.

Cons:

The room bedding was clean, but there was garbage behind the nightstand that didn't belong to us.

The parking lot was not plowed or even shoveled at the entrance which was very frustrating.

Also we had no water in our room for a day, as pipes froze. We were given a different room to shower in, so that was helpful.

Disappointed much. This room is at second floor all the way to the end of the hallway.
Pros:

Its close to where we are having to meet some family members

Cons:

1. Toilet flushes but takes at least more than 5 minutes to fill up the tank. We were kind of rushing due to a party we are going and takes us a while to used it. So we end up going out and using outside restaurant washroom .
2. The latch guard at the door, it’s not working properly and we got locked inside our room.
3. The room phone not working… no dial tone… we checked the cable … its connected but just not working. The front desk tried to reached us via my phone number I left told her our concern, none came. (I showed the picture after we got out. )We never used it again cause we might be locked down again.
4. It was written that room guest will be three… we only got 2 towels and 2 facecloths. We asked for extra one when the receptionist called my mobile… nobody came. They could have at least have the courtesy of checking us and giving what we asked for. Its just a towel. So me and daughter shared towels.
