Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and amazing surroundings
Pros:

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. The hotel staff are very helpful and the young lady who checked us in or arrival was fabulous and checked we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like, the only improvement that could be made is at the spa, the woman’s changing rooms could be improved for a 5*. The spa itself was fabulous, the pool area could be updated.

Everything was perfect, excellent for a weekend getaway
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. This is one of our favorite hotels now and we would like to come back. The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, the staff was very nice, and the spa made for a very relaxing trip. The summer champagne garden on property was an excellent addition as well.

We liked everything.

Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful and the facilities are fantastic for a relaxing stay. The staff are so helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I just wish I could stay for longer.

Cons:

The spa facilities are excellent and make for a relaxing experience.
