Pros:

Excellent breakfast - many options

Cons:

Staff was over extended and service was slow. We had dinner at the Cultra Inn and waited a long time to not only place our order but receive it. The same issue occurred in the Lough Bar on two different occasions.

Pros:

We loved everything about it, could not recommend this hotel enough.

Cons:

The bar staff need to pay attention to the customer a bit more rather than talking amongst themselves

Mixed Views - Good Hotel let down by a few Gripes
Pros:

We stayed for one night and had alot of positives and some gripes.

Positives:

1) The hotel and grounds are gorgeous, Everything about the hotel lobby, bar etc decor screams class
2) The spa is included in the stay so that was a real bonus
3) The staff were outstanding, very attentive and courteous
4) the food was excellent especially the breakfast

The gripes, some of these may seem trivial but as a 5 star and the cost i dont think there really should be any:

1) The spa area needs some TLC. For example there was 'scum' around the jacuzzi. The rainforest shower head is quite gross and doesnt work all that well. The twinkle lights in the ceiling there were about 5 working out of >50
2) The room when we got in was a little shabbym for example there was an empty 2l bottle on the floor in the room. The plant was pretty much dead and didnt have a plant pot
3) The radiator made clanging noises, ended up having to turn it off entirely and the paint around the window was peeling

I appreciate some of the gripes sound trivial but i expected no downsides here and there were some but it was a nice stay and I would stay again but I would evaluate the price more scrupulously

Pros:

Food, grounds, pub, and restaurant in the grounds.

Cons:

Waiting on granulated sugar for cereal, having asked a member of staff nobody brought any. Small thing but a little annoying.

Best Belfast has to offer.
Pros:

My stay at the Culloden Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality that defines this place.

The setting is absolutely stunning—nestled in beautiful surroundings that offer both tranquility and breathtaking views. It feels like a peaceful retreat while still delivering all the luxury you could hope for. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

What truly sets the Culloden Hotel apart, however, is the service. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented and full of flavour, with a great variety to suit all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or simply enjoying a drink, everything exceeded expectations.

The spa and leisure facilities added an extra touch of indulgence. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge, making the stay feel even more special.

Overall, the Culloden Hotel delivers a truly memorable experience. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort in the most effortless way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, a special occasion, or simply a bit of well-deserved indulgence. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Just back from a one night stay at the hotel. We had booked the Easter Sunday buffet lunch and it was outstanding. The quality and the choice of food was amazing, the room was beautifully decorated in an Easter theme. The kids loved the Eater Bunny, Alpac's and the Easter egg hunt. All the staff were so professional, helpful & friendly. The bedroom was beautiful perfect for 2 adults & 2 kids. Beds were so comfy we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast had a great choice for everyone. The kids are already asking when are we staying again.
