Wonderful stay for a family wedding!
Pros:

Beautiful, comfortable location with very friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

While it’s a gorgeous location with lovely walks, if you wanted to go to Belfast you would need to either drive or get a taxi

5 star???
Pros:

Check in staff and concierge helpful and chatty.

Cons:

Breakfast - buffet style, was cold.
Very poor selection for a 5 star hotel.
Have enjoyed superior breakfasts on many occasions in 3 and 4 star hotels.
Location - beyond George Best City airport, not walkable to shops.

Great hotel, great location.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The gym was fully equipped and complementary. The tower suite was very large and had a great view of the Belfast channel. Parking was close and plentiful. The sights in Belfast were a short and easy 10 minute drive.

Pros:

Stunning location. We were there for a wedding so didn't get to use many of the other facilities. Food was great

Cons:

There wasn't much information about spa use unless we asked for it and not prior to arrival which would have been a waste if we hadn't known to bring swimwear

Would definitely be back! Enjoyed it very much. Staff in reception in particular very helpful
