Location of the hotel is the only good thing about this hotel, right beside the airport.
When you arrive, you need to ring for the shuttle, it took us 40 mins to get to the hotel, it was a 20 minute walk which we should have done or hop in a taxi.
The lady was very unhelpful in reception, we had a courtyard view which meant out the back by the pool. She pointed in the general direction but didnโt inform us it was motel style outside. It was raining so we were drenched before we found the room. We were told to go to the gas station for water as it was closer than going to the 7th floor inside the hotel. The room is dated and sink is in the room and not bathroom.
This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport. You can walk to it in just 10 to 15 minutes along a paved path. The breakfast is a sweet and savoury buffet and it has a good range of options. It also has a laundry with a number of laundry tubs and dryers. Lovely staff. Has a free airport shuttle on the hour.
The room was a little warm and I couldnโt change the temperature because it was set on 77ยฐF. Maybe it was broken - not sure
I liked that it was super close to the airport and thereโs a free shuttle too and from. Free brekkie was an absolute bonus๐ช
Shops are close by but at night lots of dodgy people around. Some staff were good then there were staff who could have been a lot more helpful. When youโre new to the area be nice to get some help to navigate the area, they also donโt have adaptors so make sure you take them ๐

The staff are nice
My toilet did not work, it costs a lot to say at this hotel but overall the hotel has a very cheap looking feel. The carpet smells damp throughout the hotel. There is no room service only breakfast restaurants. They are cheap takeaways close by but nothing nice to eat.
Breakfast was well below average served on disposable plates and plastic knives and forks, and not what you are expecting for a relatively expensive hotel.

That at the check in reception lady had got my room mixed up with another person with same last name. I had to be put in another room, also was charged again as she further did not look at booking as I already prepaid. She said sorry and that I should be refunded in a few days but again how can you mix a persons name without ID being checked and credit card used to match booking?
It had a free breakfast and that the rooms were clean and quite spacious. It is also very close to the airport.
It is some distance from the city but it was reachable by Uber

A bit old fashioned , reminds me of an old motel 6. I know they must of had more classic rooms.

very close to airport, pet rooms available and had our 2 rooms right next to each other. Nice quick breakfast, great for grab and go.
Parking spaces are narrow.
