Short stroll to main part of town
Pros:

Check in was easy and baggage was delivered to our room quickly. Parking a little expensive but to have the vehicle in undeground heated space was beneficial.
The room was decent size with pleasant view and very comfortable.
All staff we had contact with we friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Nothing - all was good thanks.

Was told at check in we were only paying for parking and resort fee was already covered. Checked out with a different person, who told us there was also a resort fee (we had no use for the resort package either)

Good hotel with great location and accommodation
Pros:

I liked the large modern bathroom and the fireplace in the bedroom

Cons:

I did not like the breakfast buffet which was priced high with very skimpy choice and quality of items -so totally not worth the price

Spacious, clean and cozy base to explore Banff!
Pros:

Loved the cozy atmosphere and helpful, welcoming staff. Our room was very spacious with plenty of room for the cot supplied by the hotel, which was perfect traveling with a baby. They also supplied a baby seat! The room had a lovely fireplace, a massive bathroom, and beautiful views. Everything was extremely clean, and daily housekeeping did an amazing job. Reception also gave us restaurant coupons, which was a really nice touch!

Cons:

Constant static electricity — every door handle and lift button zapped us repeatedly (plastic or rubber caps would really help!). There is no guest laundry on-site, so you have to make the trip into town for a coin laundry which is a real pain. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main center of Banff, though the scenic views make the walk much nicer. The hotel provides free bus passes, but buses are infrequent and it’s easier just to walk. Lastly, I was really hoping to try the Saskatoon Berry Pie at the restaurant, but it was unavailable every time I asked over a couple of days.

バンフの中心部へは歩いていけるくらいなので全然許容範囲内でした！
近くにコンビニもあったので便利でした！！

The price per night was exceptionally high
The restaurant was not good at all, we were wanting breakfast à la carte but told it wasn’t served until after 9 am and we had to leave for our flight. A couple of other guests aid the buffet was very average
The price for the buffet seemed very expensive
The waiter in the bar making cocktails didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all either

Confortable, spacieux et très bien situé pour découvrir Banff en famille.
Pros:

Très bonne base pour découvrir Banff et ses environs. Nous y avons passé trois nuits en famille et avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre spacieuse, confortable et équipée d’un mobilier de qualité. Le parking souterrain est également très pratique lorsque l’on voyage en voiture. Après nos journées bien remplies dans les Rocheuses, la piscine intérieure et le bain à bulles étaient particulièrement agréables. Enfin, l’emplacement est un vrai point fort : environ 10 minutes à pied suffisent pour rejoindre le centre de Banff, ce qui permet de laisser facilement la voiture à l’hôtel le soir.

Cons:

Notre seule expérience au bar de l’hôtel a malheureusement été décevante en raison d’un service qui n’était pas au niveau attendu ce soir-là. Cela ne nous a pas donné envie d’y retourner durant les trois nuits de notre séjour. Pour le reste, nous avons été très satisfaits de l’établissement.
