Enttäuschend, da unfreundlicher Service, Frühstück qualitativ nicht gut und keine Infos über Umbau.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit an der Reception ist mittelmässig und das Frühstücksbuffet nicht so toll, billiger Orangensaft, fast kein Brot mehr eine halbe Stunde vor Schluss, keine frischen Früchte. Aber der Gipfel war, das gewisse Zimmer umgebaut werden und es am morgen sehr laut ist. Das Hotel müsste die Gäste darüber informieren. Auch sind die Hotelzimmertüren sehr laut, eine ewiges Geknalle.

One to forget.
Pros:

Location is great and hotel is well priced with good WiFi. I have stayed here several times. Early checkin was permitted.

Cons:

There is building work going on on the first floor and they put me in room 110. Loud banging, talking, drilling, ceiling noise and house keeping knocking the door at 09.30 when check out is noon. No apologies for the commotion and general lack of respect for even having that section of the flood open.

Perfect, correct, comfortable at a very reasonable price
Pros:

Excellent location, room spacious, single beds comfortable, well designed hotel and no silly extras

La ubicación, excelente. La tranquilidad para poder descansar y el espacio de la habitación y sobre todo el baño.

Cons:

El personal y su falta de profesionalidad. Poca amabilidad, poca predisposición… Se agradece ver una sonrisa en el mostrador de recepción, y no gestos de desidia… En el segundo desayuno, el camarero que estaba en recepción, vio que íbamos al comedor y siguió hablando con su compañera, sin siquiera recibirnos en el salón de desayuno, cuando ponía un cartel enorme que esperásemos en la puerta… pero no vino…
Un Hotel, se hace con las instalaciones y con la atención de su personal y éste falló.

Amb habitació petita i un bany massa antic i amb banyera, amb preu equilibrat.
Pros:

El llit, molt còmode i la ubiciació perfecte.
Climatització molt correcte.
Balconet amb cadires, per pendre la fresca.
Iluminació ben resolta.

Cons:

Les dimensions de l'habitació molt reduïdes.
El bany molt petit, amb poc espai per deisar-hi coses.
Banyera i no dutxa, massa antic.
Nevera del minibar buida.

Cons:

El ruido por la noche debido a las placas del alcantarillado?? en mal estado donde pasaban los coches por encima con el debido ruido una vez tras otras por estar en la planta baja.

We enjoyed Tarragona a lot and the hotel location was important.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Building was historic and beautiful.

Cons:

Room was run down for an 8 plus rating. No screen on the window. Very little toilet paper in the room and the front desk did not answer on two tries to contact them. Towels were old and rough.
