Pros:

Great location, good facilities, good value for money. And friendly staff is always a bonus.

Cons:

I’m being a bit critical but I just wish the hottub and pool was 24/7. Other then that no real complaints.

Excellent value and clean and comfortable stay in Banff
Pros:

Unique room that felt in line with the vibe of the town. An excellent option if you're looking for a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price so you have more to spend on experiencing the area. Great location that allowed for easy access to ski shuttle pick up (right next door on either side pretty much) and walking into the very centre of town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The texting option was excellent since I was gone for much of the day most days and it was great to be able to ask questions. I also really appreciated that there were enough coffee pods that I didn't need to request more throughout my stay.

Cons:

Overall everything was great. The only little things were that the heat pump in the room was a bit loud and when other guests were moving around outside the vibration seemed to carry (not much that can be done about that in an older building though of course!)

Solid stay and we would come back for sure.
Pros:

Would be great to have access to a continental breakfast and there are facilities to be able to host. The coffee station was a nice touch.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a fully operational hot tub after long ski days. The temperature was hot so that was good but the jets would have been nice.

Pay more and get something nicer then this hotel
Pros:

Only thing we liked is that this hotel is in Banff. Location I guess.

Cons:

Old outdated hotel, relatively dirty room as they’re just so old. Have to walk outside to get to hot tub. Motel style building. Had to pay extra 15$ for parking. Pay more and stay somewhere nicer.
Unless you’re young and want to just party and you don’t care.

Great place overall, though the pillows were quite firm, which is a matter of personal preference.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and our room was clean, cozy, and warm.

Cons:

The pillows were extremely stiff and firm. This might be fine if you prefer that style, but I personally found it uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping because of it.

Pros:

Since there were four of us we used your lounge both nights we were there and Adrian who worked the 3-11 pm shift was helpful and attentive. He helped fix the TV so we could watch the hockey game and got us anything we needed/requested. He chatted with us when time permitted and was pleasant and informative. We appreciated that personal connection.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft.
