位置方便、房間配置佳、但隔音差
Pros:

位置就在班夫大街上，不論要搭機場接駁、雪場接駁、或市區公車都非常方便，步行至班夫小鎮中心也不遠。
停車場旁有專門的雪板儲藏室，存放雪具方便又安全。
旅館櫃檯旁有免費冷水/熱水/咖啡/茶/蘋果，住宿期間不用擔心飲用水的問題。
我們選擇住在這裡的主因是因為這邊有我們需要的一大床加兩小床房型，且是在隔開的兩個區域，再加上廚房餐廳，廁所洗手台在外面很方便，我們很滿意房內的格局。
我們遇到一位非常熱心友善的員工，讓我們在退房當天早上寄放行李後還能去滑雪再回旅館換裝、重整行李及打包雪板袋，然後才搭車去機場，真的非常感謝他！

Cons:

隔音真的很差。不只房間內臥房及浴室的門無法有效隔音，房間與隔壁房間及窗外走道都幾乎沒有隔音。我們有一晚就躺在床上聽著隔壁房的電視劇台詞到凌晨兩點才關電視，可以清楚聽到隔壁電視的對話，隔壁房客人聲也可以，但內容比較聽不清楚，可能是電視靠著牆所以傳音更清晰。窗外走廊有人經過的腳步聲或說話聲就像在耳邊一樣，而半夜睡覺時間還是會有人從窗外經過，然後開關其他房間的房門也很大聲。總之隔音是一大問題。
另外雙人床很容易晃動，旁邊的人一翻身我就被吵醒一次，枕頭舒服但太高，睡完會肩頸痠痛。

Agréable séjour avec la famille.
Pros:

Sa situation au centre ville. La qualité de la literie. La propreté des lieux . La faune qui s’est invité sur le terrain de l’hôtel (chevreuils) et à proximité (wapiti). La tranquillité des lieux.

Cons:

Le tapis du rez de chaussé devrait être changé, rampe d’escalier menant à la mezzanine à réparer

Excellent value and clean and comfortable stay in Banff
Pros:

Unique room that felt in line with the vibe of the town. An excellent option if you're looking for a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price so you have more to spend on experiencing the area. Great location that allowed for easy access to ski shuttle pick up (right next door on either side pretty much) and walking into the very centre of town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The texting option was excellent since I was gone for much of the day most days and it was great to be able to ask questions. I also really appreciated that there were enough coffee pods that I didn't need to request more throughout my stay.

Cons:

Overall everything was great. The only little things were that the heat pump in the room was a bit loud and when other guests were moving around outside the vibration seemed to carry (not much that can be done about that in an older building though of course!)

Fantastic rooms, a beautiful location, and a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Great location, good facilities, good value for money. And friendly staff is always a bonus.

Cons:

I’m being a bit critical but I just wish the hottub and pool was 24/7. Other then that no real complaints.

Solid stay and we would come back for sure.
Pros:

Would be great to have access to a continental breakfast and there are facilities to be able to host. The coffee station was a nice touch.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a fully operational hot tub after long ski days. The temperature was hot so that was good but the jets would have been nice.

Pay more and get something nicer then this hotel
Pros:

Only thing we liked is that this hotel is in Banff. Location I guess.

Cons:

Old outdated hotel, relatively dirty room as they’re just so old. Have to walk outside to get to hot tub. Motel style building. Had to pay extra 15$ for parking. Pay more and stay somewhere nicer.
Unless you’re young and want to just party and you don’t care.
