Exceptional 24hrs stay.
Pros:

This hotel felt more like a 5 starr. Everything from the warm inviting fire bwside the lobby to the Voya products in the room. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Oh i would have loved a moisturising cream in the bathroom.

Receptionist wasnt as explanatory enough on how their spa works as well as the restaurant, but the other staff were friendly and assisted
