Pros:

The location, the breakfast.

Cons:

I would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of only a bath tub. However, I did not specify my preference when booking.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind aufrichtig bemüht den Aufen thalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

A friendly stay for not so picky travelers
Pros:

The staff was amazing, the food was great, the location is really good. The room was large and sufficient for a small family.

Cons:

Well, i asked/payed for a room with a view but somehow didn't get that (not a deal breaker though). The building and the furniture are old and squeaky, the doors in the toilt/bathroom do not lock from inside (i find that strange).
This is not a 4 star hotel, that is clear.
I would say about the noise from outside: yes there is some but dooring the week days, the bar close by closes at midnight so after that it was quiet.

Amazing cozy stay in Mala Strana!
Pros:

From the very beginning, staff was very helpful and friendly, constantly making sure we were comfortable - felt like long-time friends. Due to a slight mishap on our reservation, we were upgraded to a full suite, which was absolutely magnificent, with plenty of room to sit down and relax after a day of walking around. The hotel is literaly a block from the west tower of the Charles bridge, but even with that, we were never bothered by noise of any kind, or lots of tourist traffic and always felt safe. The tram stop is also a block away, but everything is well within walking distance. Shower was modern and great, TV - could pair with major entertainment apps. Loved the idea of having a fresh pitcher of water every day, as well as a refill station by reception. Breakfast buffett was well stocked everyday, with ample choices for all tastes.

Cons:

Curtains aren't entirely black-out, so light comes in very early, especially in the summer. Nothing horrible, though. Would like more than one channel in English for TV (other than the news).

Hotel ótimo e muito bem localizado
Pros:

Sem palavras para a localização. Absurda. A poucos metros da Ponte Charles. Impossível ser melhor. O lado em que fica o hotel é muito agradável, com mercado, restaurantes e ponto de transporte a poucos passos.
O hotel é muito bonito. O quarto é ótimo e agradável, com bom espaço e teto alto.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e ótima reposição . Os atendentes são muito simpáticos.

Cons:

O único problema é o banheiro, por se tratar de um prédio antigo, não é tão moderno. O chuveiro é na banheira e não tem regulagem para pessoas altas. Além disso o escoamento da água da banheira é super lento, ficando uma poça bem grande enquanto se toma banho.
As cortinas não vedam a luz pela manhã, o que incomoda principalmente no verão que amanhece muito cedo.

La stanza era molto spaziosa, elegantemente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort. La colazione era ricca e con molta scelta. Lo staffa cordiali e disponibile. L'albergo è inoltre è una posizione ottima.

Toller Aufenthalt in super Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top-Lage: direkt in der Nähe der Karlsbrücke. Gute Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.
