Unsatisfactory because we had to pay for a room we didn’t use.

Adequate to our needs

Cons:

Due to the similarity of names, we showed up at the Country Inn by the airport instead of downtown. The franchise was unwilling to transfer our reservation from downtown or to cancel it even though we were ahead of the 6 pm deadline. We were too tired to travel more that day, so we had to book at the airport and forfeit the fee for the other hotel. I feel this was poor customer relations.

Other than breakfast, it was fine.
Pros:

Location was fine. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. I appreciate the free water bottles and cookie snack.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. Yogurt and boiled egg weren't refilled for a long time. Same with the hot foods, eggs. The egg patties were gross. I arrived at breakfast at least 45 min before the end. Nonetheless, some items were out and never refilled. I didn't know breakfast was first-come-first-served.
There was only one staff member to attend tonthe food area. It might have been too much for her to handle alone.

Comfort and relaxiotion
Pros:

I like they worked with us rebooking our room. We were stranded by winter storm in our home state. We had several flights cancelled and rebooked. The breakfast tacos were delicious. It was a nice change from the usual fare. Coffee is always on! Outdoor Hot Tub eased stress off.

It was somewhere to sleep for a night.

Cons:

Showed up at 4pm to check in knowing check in was at 3pm. They didn’t have a room ready yet, the front desk lady had to go run around asking the maids for a room. Front desk lady checked us in, went to the room, the maid was still finishing the room, waited 5 minutes for her to finish up. Later that night, there was a lady screaming/yelling in the lobby about scratches on her face and wanted to go to her and just being loud, scared my children. Beds were not the greatest… finally fell asleep at 4am when I had to be up at 5:30am after listening to the people above us running around and stomping and doors slamming all night.
