I am handicapped and the elevator was broke. I explained ro the front desk lady I cant climb stairs because of my disability. She didnt care. She was VERY rude. Refused us a lower room. She cared more about arguing with some guy She said she was going to call ghe police on. Worst hotel experience ever! I asked for a discount and corporate info and was refused.

This was a decent place to stay close to the airport.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable and in a good location

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit lacking. There was no sausage and the potatoes were not very warm or the oatmeal. There was not a big selection of breads. The waffle was very good however.
