breakfats was limited, but okay.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive to the problem we experienced
We were given a handicap room and were not needing this type of accommodation. When showering in the bathroom, the shower was not designed to hold the water in the shower stall and the bathroom and hallway flooded because of a slow drain. A huge mess we mopped up with towels. Very disappointed as stays at this hotel have always been good. Asked not to be assigned a handicap room in future stays.
The room was recently remodeled so that was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and coffee were good.
There was a big wad of hair on the sheets when I pulled back the sheet to get into bed. Things happen so I didn't let it ruin my stay.

Personal muy atentos, el desayuno está muy bien.
Le hace falta que cambien detalles del cuarto que me tocó por ejemplo el Piso, ya no está en buenas condiciones. Al desayuno le falta más complementos de proteína como carne, salchichas y ese tipo de alimentos.

I loved how comfortable and clean everything was. The staff was amazing.

Clean, quiet and pleasant
Double check which hotel you are booked into. There are two with this name, one downtown and the other at the airport. Apparently guests sometimes get them confused.
What did I like? I liked EVERYTHING! :)
The staff were quite friendly. The King Suite was extremely spacious and we loved how we had a perfect view of the pool and jacuzzi. My room requests were met and I appreciated that very much. The room was clean and felt comfortable staying at this hotel. First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
The breakfast options were blah. I was hoping for more of a variety.
Very clean smelled clean right when you walked in. Breakfast was great! Staff were very kind and informative. I don’t like traveling to Tucson but if I ever do visit again this is where I will always be staying for sure. Great property!
