Bad back no bueno
Pros:

Very clean they check every day pretty quiet not bad really. Beds need mattresses though soft mushy no thanks

The queen beds.

Cons:

When my husband and I returned to our room we was locked out of our room. I reserved 3 additional days when I checked in with the clerk. The clerk informed me that my husband was a choice member and we could get a additional 15% discount. Once my husband and I could not get into the room I called and was put on hold for a long time. My husband went down to the clerk to find out why we were locked out. The clerk abverdently did not update the reservation due to a shift change. She had it all wrong.. As my husband explained to her, she corrected the problem.. Bur she was rude and disrespectful to my husband and told him to leave or she would have him kicked out. My husband and I checked out of the hotel after we could not reach the manager and did a formal complaint with customer relations on the phone for about a hour. They booked us at another location for the remainderof our stay in Tuscon. I was not pleased with the manager once I spoke to him. He was making all kinds of accusations. He said he had to talk to the clerk. I told him to roll his cameras. He have not contact me back yet.

The convenience of the airport location etc was a definite plus.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with many options. The best we have had in a long time. Being close to the airport was also a plus.

The room was recently remodeled so that was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and coffee were good.

Cons:

There was a big wad of hair on the sheets when I pulled back the sheet to get into bed. Things happen so I didn't let it ruin my stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive to the problem we experienced

Cons:

We were given a handicap room and were not needing this type of accommodation. When showering in the bathroom, the shower was not designed to hold the water in the shower stall and the bathroom and hallway flooded because of a slow drain. A huge mess we mopped up with towels. Very disappointed as stays at this hotel have always been good. Asked not to be assigned a handicap room in future stays.

Personal muy atentos, el desayuno está muy bien.

Cons:

Le hace falta que cambien detalles del cuarto que me tocó por ejemplo el Piso, ya no está en buenas condiciones. Al desayuno le falta más complementos de proteína como carne, salchichas y ese tipo de alimentos.

We would definitely recommend staying here to our friends & family.
Pros:

Perfect temps of the pool not too cold it had some warmth & spa was great as well,
Other than that the place was really well maintained
Breakfast was Good!
Hot coffee throughout the morning, day & night
The gym was great
Everyone was very kind.

Cons:

Room floors weren’t swept or mopped properly there was lots of dust debris & dirt visible around the bed and other furnitures.
Some hotel properties have free wash and drying facilities
this property doesn’t unfortunately.
