Would not recommend bad experience
Pros:

Nothing, I'll never be back

Cons:

There was a hole in the peep hole in my room that has tissue paper shoved in it. The boards were all coming up in the room. The coffee machine was rusted and disgusting and it smelled like poop in my room.
It was a terrible experience. I'll never be back. I felt unsafe.

It was affordable, had a good breakfast, large room, good shower, nice pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

The scrambled eggs one morning were gross and came out of a bag otherwise the breakfasts were good. You had to bring your ID to the front desk to get a pool key each time you went, but very nice pool and jacuzzi.

Excellent!
Pros:

I was traveling with my 82 year old Mom who suffers from dementia. On a few occasions, she got confused and thought she "lost" me. Renee and other staff members were so very caring and understanding and made sure she was okay. I don't think we would have been taken care of this well anywhere else! Best choice to stay ever!! Thank you so much!

Good pricing and location
Pros:

Facility is very clean and well maintain. The breakfast area very clean and good selections of food. The room was very good size and bed was comfortable with good pillows.

Cons:

The toilet height size very low to floor maybe for small child and the bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Door is rubbing upper corner.

Close to airport, safe location, outdoor pool.
Pros:

Good location - near food, airport, and other amenities. Breakfast and outdoor pool also nice.

Cons:

The room we were first assigned to had a funky smell - we had been given the keys and literally walked in and then realized it had a pungent smell. We immediately notified the front desk and the clerk seemed skeptical and asked if we "touched anything" - I noted that we had just arrived and notified them right away on the smell and hadn't touched anything. Still skeptical, she asked if she could check it out herself, which was fine. And then she was willing to give us a different room. I have never asked for a new room before and it felt kind of frustrating to be questioned the way we were. The new room was fine, though we had a very annoying cricket chirp the entire night outside our window.

Unsatisfactory because we had to pay for a room we didn’t use.

Cons:

Due to the similarity of names, we showed up at the Country Inn by the airport instead of downtown. The franchise was unwilling to transfer our reservation from downtown or to cancel it even though we were ahead of the 6 pm deadline. We were too tired to travel more that day, so we had to book at the airport and forfeit the fee for the other hotel. I feel this was poor customer relations.
