Best Western Suites

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Had an amazing breakfast buffet that lasted until 10am on weekends. And the pool is open 8am-10pm which was perfect for the kids! I will definitely return with my group.

Staff was amazing, always very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. Hotel was clean. Beds were just a bit to soft for someone with back issues.

Breakfast was good. Wasn’t very walkable to get to the restaurants on the other side of the freeway.

Great place for the price. Place was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub clean. Breakfast offerings were fresh and restocked.

Everything was perfect. No complaints about anything there. I will return again

AC took forever to kick on. Any other place would have the AC on before guests arrive, especially if it was booked months in advance.

Other reviews on this place are very misleading. Although I'm sure there are worse places to stay, it wasn't exactly cheap to stay here so I was expecting a little more. This is every bit of a roadside motel. My biggest issue that turned me off completely was that the room smelled very strongly of mildew so they have a moisture problem somewhere. General surface areas were clean but there were clumps of dust stuck to the walls and lamp shades, mold along the grout in the shower, scuffed and banged up walls. The exhaust fan didn't work which probably contributes to that problem. Staff was friendly, common areas were clean and the bed was comfortable. There's plenty of grocery stores and chain restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeway, quick access to the higher end restaurants downtown. If there was 100% less stink I would consider staying there again if I needed to be in that area for something.

The room was old and bugs were everywhere. This was not a accountable experience.

This was a great time we had at this particular Best Western would definitely recommend when just want a quick getaway with family pool and breakfast was a nice addition and in great condition. Will be back

Wonderful property! I only spent 1 night but the staff was very nice and ready to help in any way. Property was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. Property is just off the highway, and the breakfast is better than my average stays when I travel. Overall I will most definitely stay with this chain again.
