Need to move the property.
Pros:

Room was available in a tight market but way overpriced

Cons:

The breakfast area was way too small and did not have any healthy options. Door handle did not work properly and had to switch rooms. No elevators.

A refundable $150 CASH was required at check-in. I wasn’t aware of this requirement prior to arrival.

It wasn't the worst hotel we ever stayed at but we would not go back to this property.
Pros:

The price. Didn't realize our trip was during the height of spring training. All our regular choices were either booked up or had tripled their prices.

Cons:

My husband is diabled and there was no close parking, the bath tub was too slippery even with the mat and there were no grab handles. He sponge bathed while we were there.

It was extremely loud. There were homeless people walking through the parking lot multiple times.

The location for our visit with family was very good

Cons:

The road next to hotel was busy so some noise Its an older hotel but things were very clean. We were there during peak season so it was a bit overpriced. But they all are right now. .

Floors dirty, made feet black. Shower curtain not installed properly. let water onto bathroom floor. Having to give $150 cash deposit in case we damaged the room. Room price really too high.

Overall, good experience. Would recommend to others. If deposit was less would stay a lot more often

Liked the size of the room, noise level was low.

Cons:

Don't like the $150.00 cash only deposit just because I live locally. I understand why, just think the amount is a little high.
