Was still a nice stay with the two annoying points
Pros:

The family room was excellent, with the two double beds and the pull out sofa.

Cons:

Didn’t like being put on a floor that we had to do 3 sets of stairs with 3 children and two pushchairs due to no lift and thought it was cheeky being charged for parking which looked like there isn’t car park.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location. Good bar area, very good breakfast and nice staff

Cons:

My husband was starving when we returned from a wedding and he was gutted there was no food or room service

Friendly staff. Well located but in need of an update in places.
Pros:

Property had super efficient air con which could be adjusted independently in the room. Bed was huge and super comfy. We slept really well. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day really well.

Cons:

The room (and bathroom in particular) was in need of a refurbishment. Fixtures and fittings were clean, but tired and rather dated. Spa facilities were equally in need of a refresh we felt. Steam room was not working during our stay. Some basic items on the menu were unavailable.

The receptionist was very kind, she gave a warm welcome, with treats for our children including vouchers for kids mocktails.

Cons:

Het hotel is verouderd.
In het restaurant was de bediening gestressed. Restaurant prijs/kwaliteit viel ook flink tegen.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, redelijke bedden, gemakkelijk te bereiken locatie

Cons:

Zwaar gedateerd hotel, gebouw heeft achterstallig onderhoud, uitpuilende vuilnisbakken buiten, kluisjes werkten niet (bleken bij navraag bij de receptie allemaal vervangen te moeten worden)
