Pros:

Lovely hotel, good restaurant and helpful staff. The pool was very nice.

Cons:

The sofa bed in the room was awful, the staff gave us an extra duvet to put in too which helped.

Great for families
Pros:

The pool was open to kids all day, water wasn't too cold, great jacuzzi and steam room. Food was tasty, nice lounge, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Although big and clean, our room was quite dated and the bathroom especially had seen better days. Fine for one night but I would not have been over the moon if making an extended stay. The cost of the room was very reasonable but possibly worth upgrading to a deluxe based on the photos.

Wonderful staff, comfortable, facilities is okay but our reception bad
Pros:

The staff are so lovely honestly very helpful and really Nices people, willing to help with anything you need help with, but Phone reception is terrible, the rooms are comfortable okay Location, overall not bad Hotel just the phone reception is terrible.

Convenient hotel with plenty of amentities such as restaurant and pool. Impressed by very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Convenient location to attend an event at Brands Hatch circuit. Welcoming reception, swimming included for guests, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Originally in a double room which was comfortable. Unfortunately had to move rooms at 1am due to drunken couple arguing in the room next to us. Staff were fantastic and apologetic in finding another room for us but unfortunately the single bed was extremely uncomfortable for me so only had a couple of hours sleep
Also worth noting that parking is £6 for guests

Pros:

Brilliant location for hopping off the M25/M26 (we were headed for the Channel Tunnel). We loved the free kids buffet offered in the restaurant, and the fact that the family room had a bath in the bathroom - with 3 small kids this was excellent.
The service from Hannah in the restaurant was brilliant.

Cons:

It was a bit of a hike up to the 2nd floor with 3 little ones and bags, on various flights of stairs.

Lovely hotel - just be aware of the beds!
Pros:

Loved the staff and hotel location. The pool and gym were lovely, very clean and not too busy.

Cons:

The sofa bed was awful. The staff did provide an extra duvet to make the mattress more bearable, but it was not the heat night's sleep.

Pros:

Een goede uitval basis om zuid-oost Engeland te verkennen, en via Sevenoaks met de trein naar Londen te gaan.

Cons:

De accomodatie heeft geen Laadpalen terwijl Booking aangeeft van wel, dus opletten, er zijn er ook geen in de buurt en je moet voor het laden naar Waitrose(supermarkt) in sevenoaks gaan. Ook is het precies de gewoonte in hotels dat er geen toiletborstel zijn, wat met kinderen soms wel sporen achterlaat die je dan niet kan verwijderen. Voor de rest is het hotel aan de buitenkant aan wat opfrissing toe, zo ook de parking die je 6 Pond / dag kost.

Badkamer is redelijk oud. Maar in het algemeen is alles schoon en naar de verwachting.

Cons:

Er is een combi bad en douche. Dus douchen moet je in bad staan. Dat is één minpunt
