Great family stay kids loved the pool
Pros:

Breakfast was a really varied offering for both adults and children. Good food offering all day. Very family friendly Staff lovely and can’t do more to help. Really clean and nice grounds. Pool and changing areas lovely and clean. We stayed in a family room 3 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect size for us. Lovely park and town area close by for the kids too.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and changed the room when we established the aircon/heating was not working. We were immediately offered new room which was greatly appreciated, thank you.

Expected better
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Average size room. The carpets weren't clean and had a large water mark stain by the window.
Rust in the sink and the bath/shower. Extensive. Black mould on shower ceiling. The bathroom stayed damp and towels would not dry. Weird red stain on the shower head.
Breakfast was fine - but thought the staff should wait until paying customers to finish eating before helping themselves to the food.

Cons:

There was no lift, and the room was on the top floor, which was challenging since I had a 4-year-old son. The location wasn't ideal because there was nothing nearby; you had to drive everywhere. The staff were friendly, but the food wasn't very good.

Amazing, much better than expected
Pros:

Receptionist was lovely and welcoming, so much so my daughters all coloured in a picture for her! Amazing the facilities included in the stay and the breakfast surprised me with how good it was. Overall I was pleasantly surprised for the value for money, my expectations where proven extremely wrong! Well worth the stay :) clean tidy and great looking place

Pros:

Le personnel très aimable et les espaces bien agences agréables vastes. La piscine et l’espace spa est un grand plus très très agréable! Le petit déjeuner est top!

Cons:

notre chambre donnait sur des ordures ce qui était assez désagréable. Nous avons hein laisse les voilages fermés.
Nous avons dîner un soir, mais la cuisine du soir n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité du petit déjeuner. C’était dommage.

Pros:

Breakfast neefed salad and un processed food. Not everyone is a slob in the uk enjoys eating processed meats from tortured animals.
Would have been nice to see some hand sanitiser stations at the property.
My matress needed replacing.
Friendly staff. Well maintaind comunal areas. Pool is a sports center and not a spa.
