One of the best we have stayed!!!!
Pros:

The staff, whether it was reception, bar, breakfast or cleaners, they were all so friendly and helpful.
The facilities were excellent and the food was great also.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay and the mobile signal was very very poor unless at the reception area.

OK for 1 night but could be better
Pros:

Breakfast food, reception staff, family room

Cons:

Being ignored by restaurant staff while waiting to be seated, loud travelling community guests shouting in halls late at night, bathroom in need of an update, pool temperature too cold, having to pay to park car, coffee machine in room didn't work, TV channels working were hit and miss!

Great, comfortable and lovely stay! Already booked for next time!
Pros:

The whole place was great! Pool area was fab and the breakfast and evening meal options were plentiful. Room was brilliant and excellent touches we weren’t expecting like a toffee crisp each for the children on their bed!
All staff were also brilliant.

Cons:

That you have to pay for parking at the hotel! Come on, we have paid to stay in the hotel! Such a ridiculous ask!

Gutes Zwischenstopp-Hotel, Küche war schon besser
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel für die Durchfahrt, das haben wir schon mehrmals erlebt. Parkplatz sehr groß, Zimmer für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Kein großer Komfort aber ein anständiges Frühstück und eine Lobby und eine Bar, um abends nach einem Fahrtag auszuspannen. Die Lage direkt an der Autobahn ist für den Zwischenstop ebenfalls sehr sinnvoll.

Cons:

Zimmer und Unterkunft haben wie bei den letzten Malen erneut überzeugt. Allein, wir hatten der Einfachheit halber das Angebot mit Halbpension (Abends drei Gänge von einer kleinen Karte) gebucht. Davon würden wir rückblickend abraten. Die Küche war wirklich schwach, die Qualität des Essens mäßig, ein Teil der Speisen völlig überwürzt. Ähnliches zeigte sich auch beim Frühstück, die gute Qualität der vergangenen Jahre ist leider etwas verloren gegangen.
