Pros:

Le personnel très aimable et les espaces bien agences agréables vastes. La piscine et l’espace spa est un grand plus très très agréable! Le petit déjeuner est top!

Cons:

notre chambre donnait sur des ordures ce qui était assez désagréable. Nous avons hein laisse les voilages fermés.
Nous avons dîner un soir, mais la cuisine du soir n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité du petit déjeuner. C’était dommage.

Breakfast neefed salad and un processed food. Not everyone is a slob in the uk enjoys eating processed meats from tortured animals.
Would have been nice to see some hand sanitiser stations at the property.
My matress needed replacing.
Friendly staff. Well maintaind comunal areas. Pool is a sports center and not a spa.

A great weekend
Pros:

Very friendly staff, spacious and clean layout. Plenty of parking

Cons:

Bathroom just needed a bit of updating and refreshing. The window could have done with soundproofing and also a bit of a draft coming in. The room was large and the bed was a super king, comfortable and clean. Maybe a few more tea bags in the room but we got more from the reception when we asked. Overall a very pleasant stay and next time remember swimming costumes.

Charlotte on reception is great
Pros:

Lovely welcome from Charlotte on reception, lovely king size bed as well. Room was nice and clean but please can you give this lovely hotel a new carpet in the ground floor corridor hallway, it dates back to the Crossroads era! The nicest Holyday Inn we have been to for a long while, normally they have been neglected as part of the IHG group, but this one stands out as the staff are all great. Great service, pillow selection already in the room as per the preferences. Well done Maidstone team, you deserve recognition.

Overall good but let down by quality of bar meal.
Pros:

Great location being quiet yet close to motorway network.

Cons:

Standard of bar food was very poor quality chicken portion in burger & chips were no better than you would buy frozen at a supermarket and stick in the oven at home !!
Didn't eat there the second night.
