All in all if you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep this is it for the location and accessibility to TRAX.
Pros:

Stayed here to be near Kilby Block Party festival. Great location

Cons:

Only complaint was room smelled to harsh of chemicals/cleaner but I cracked the window and let it air out while I was gone at the fest. On 1st floor next to entrance so a little bit noisy on ground floor and above person staying in that room.

Pros:

No noise peaceful as always no issues I always stay here

Cons:

I think the should center there TVs in the room. Have the TV in the middle between the two queen beds kinda hard to see it depending on which bed you sleep on.

cheap, clean, good breakfast, not so safe neighborhood
Pros:

The hotel is OK, it is cheap and has a gate. The rooms were OK. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The hotel is in a sketchy area of SLC, it is a half a mile from the nearest Trax station walking and the nearest bus stop is two blocks away, but you can't get to that bus station from Trax. The motel is next to a housing project that has some troubling residents. A bunch of people were in front of the property high on drugs which presents a safety concern. Not close to any markets, there is a gas station a block and half a way with a mini mart. Don't go out at night unless you have a car.

Pros:

The breakfast offerings were way better than I expected. The variety should’ve met anyone’s desires. Also, there was very little traffic, so it was easy to get out of the motel.

Pros:

Main course of the Breakfast was completely empty after 8.30am and just coffee and soda were available.....The room was clean and tolietaries were good enough but the bed spread was used the same from previous stay.

The bed was not clean and dirty....so disappointing. I requested to change my room after five minutes of checking the room, the staff was kind enough to provide another room. thanks.

The management should keep watching those house keepers or the mangement is not providing enought bed spreads to the house keepers to change for every stay. Something shold be taken seriously for what we pay and pleasant stay.
