Location & all the Lagunas!
Rooms smelt moldy and the shower was like a water bed from what I assume is water build up under the tub
The staff only. Never had a stay like this even for a night. Sleeping in a tent would have been better. Sorry but nothing was good.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und komfortabel und befand sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
Die Baustelle war laut und die Klimaanlage genau so. Aber für den Preis okay. Und was mir nicht gefallen hat: Später wurden noch zwei Flaschen Wasser vom Konto abgebucht. Ich hatte gedacht, sie gehören dazu.😅😅😳
The pool , views from the room, Amazing sized of rooms, very comfortable beds, nice large mirror , great restaurant, great value for money. The staff that works there were amazing and so kind
The only thing I didn't like was that my card often didn't work to open my door , and I had to walk back to reception to get a new card almost every day. But the staff were so helpful

Obligé de choisir uniquement 2 sélections avec une proposition très limitée. Cela n'avait rien à voir avec un petit déjeuner continental comme annoncé sur booking. Petit déjeuner à revoir.
The location is close to where we wanted to visit. They have a nice dock area we took pictures at.
The refrigerator cables weren't connected initially making us think we had a broken refrigerator. The keyboard sometimes deactivated and we needed staff support.

El desayuno no existía, no tenían ni café, y tenías que llenar una papeleta el día anterior para que al final tampoco te daban un desayuno, algunos preferían quedarse con un jugo industrial.
Extremely disappointing experience. During our stay, there were repeated disturbances from other guests, including loud sexual activity and aggressive altercations that were clearly audible. My young child was exposed to these incidents, making the hotel feel completely unsuitable for families.
I reported the problems to hotel staff, but the situation became so unacceptable that I checked out two nights early. I then requested a refund for the unused nights. More than a month later, after multiple follow-ups, I was still being told my request was "under review" with no resolution.
Poor guest experience, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.
