It was the worst hotel i ever experienced in my life i would never book here ever again even if it was the last option!
Pros:

I liked nothing about this property!

Cons:

I didn’t like how i couldn’t shower because the water got clogged up in the tub even when i switched rooms so i had to leave & get a way better hotel.

Não tinha água quente no chuveiro e tivemos que tomar banho frio. O restaurante do hotel é péssimo no atendimento e nos tratou mal ao entramos dizendo que poderíamos sentar em uma mesa que queríamos e não tinha ninguém no restaurante.

Little Human Empathy
Pros:

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel, as I had to cancel 3 weeks before my booking. I had made a non-refundable booking for two nights before a cruise we were taking, starting on July 13, 2026.

Unfortunately, my father passed away unexpectedly, and we now have family coming in at that time. The cruise line and the car parking I had reserved understood and helped me move my reservation by a week (at no loss of cost).

I asked the hotel if I could move my reservation by a week and come in on the 18th instead of the 11th. They said no. I then asked for the full cancellation fee to be waived (and explained the circumstance). They said no.

I get it. I booked a non-refundable room. My bad. I shouldn’t have done that. But I didn’t expect my father to pass away either. I don’t believe that in the weeks between now and then, they won’t be able to resell that room. So, in the meantime, I am out nearly $400. They get to keep that, and they will get someone else to rent the room so that they will be double-paid.

Perhaps I’m being too entitled, but I think a little human compassion could have been extended here.

No recomiendo para estadía larga es un hostel mas que un hotel.
Pros:

El personal muy amable

Cons:

El ruido de la noche, tienen un generador que suena noche y dia , no hacen el aseo a diario y el desayuno no es desayuno , lo pague dentro de mi estadía y solo 1 dia me dieron a elegir un jugo de naranja y un muffins , no hay comedores donde sentarse te lo dan en el lobby y no es desayuno , solo lo recibí 1 vez , no hacen el aseo a diario , el supuesto restaurante las veces que queria ir habia eventos , por lo tanto el "hotel" no da prioridad de uso de este a sus huéspedes, es mas un club nocturno que un restaurante para los huéspedes.
Las habitaciones tiene un mal olor y el aire acondicionado está malo .
No lo recomiendo para una estadía larga.
