Higher prices, disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

Location close to my meetings.

Cons:

Pictures on the hotel website are pre-pandemic. They do not have the hot items shown on the left side of the breakfast area. Only waffles. Only bread for toast, no English muffins. No eggs of any kind. No fruit.
Registration desk has barriers around it since COVID.
Update the pictures!

Cons:

The check-in process took an extremely long time. They spent ages filling out paperwork. We were utterly exhausted—the children were crying and collapsing onto the floor from fatigue—yet the guy at the front desk just kept taking his sweet time.

Good for budget travel.
Pros:

It was clean and a good value for our budget trip. Host moved us to another floor for safety the first night.

Cons:

Location was not great. The walls were paper thin. I could hear alarm clock starting at 4:30 am in neighbor room, so loud i thought it was my alarm.

Large, clean, comfortable room nice rate. Front desk personnel were so helpful and pleasant as well as housekeeping personnel. Close to I 40.
