Nice clean hotel in a convenient area.
Pros:

Clean property. Comfortable rooms and near the highway, close to Elon U and near everything in Burlington. Cannot access hotel without room card.

Cons:

Did notice several homeless folks in the area, not in the hotel area specifically but up the road. A bit of a shady area around the hotel.

Was ok. Clean, comfortable enough. Just need better breakfast and hospitality.
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible.

Location is great. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Was nice to get my refund immediately after check-out.

However, Front desk staff, including the owners, could use some lessons in customer service.

our room was paid for in advance so we had no choice but to stay or we would not had

Our day was fair……. The telephone in the room did not work…….. air conditioning is running only got cool when you turned it way down in the 60s. It was quite stifling when we arrived in the room……… therewas no chair in the room to sit in. You could only sit on the bed or nothing…..,,,, The breakfast was the sorry excuse for a breakfast I have ever seen at any Motel my husband and I have ever stayed out….. the staff which we encountered was everything but happy looking…… we have come to this Motel many many times and it has obviously declined greatly and his ratings…….

Cons:

The room temperature…… no chair in the room…… no counter space in the bathroom lay your accessories on while you were in the bathroom bathing…..
