Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'accueil a été professionnel et attentionné. La chambre était belle, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon.
Notre expérience au restaurant le soir a été très décevante, boire inacceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Nous avons commencé par une salade de crevettes et avocat. Les crevettes étaient tièdes, gorgées d'eau et semblaient sortir du micro onde. La salade était servie sans aucune sauce.
Les penne au poulet ont été une nouvelle déception : pâtes beaucoup trop cuites, certaines complètement en bouillies et d'autres brûlées.
Ce niveau de qualité n'est clairement pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Nous sommes partis sans avoir consommé aucun des plats.
Nous espérons que cet avis permettra une réelle remise en question de la qualité et du contrôle des plats servis au restaurant.
Breakfast was great and room were renovated ! good location and very nice staff. They were some stains on the carpet in our room which didn't make it feel super clean but the bathrooms were very clean.

Location of the property is great, it’s only 5 mins walk to Hassan Tower on a quiet road. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good which included fresh omelet. Fortunately Air Con was good too.

Bathroom flooded - After three days of travelling through the Sahara, I was really looking forward to taking a proper shower. Unfortunately, the bathroom flooded, the water kept overflowing from the shower area and spreading all over the bathroom floor.
Old taxi - We booked the taxi service through the hotel and paid a fairly high price for it. However, the taxi was extremely old, possibly around 20 years old, and, unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable.
