When I arrived, staff informed me that the hotel was overbooked. I had booked months in advance, had travelled from far away, and specifically booked this hotel to be close to a conference venue. The staff told me they could book me in to another hotel, for one night, in Agdal - a different part of Rabat, far away from my conference. Eventually, they found a hotel closer by and I ended up staying there for one night and then staying in this hotel.
Our flight was diverted so it was a last moment booking. We were well received. We *needed* a drink after our experience. The staff were lovely but the bartender was creepy… within reason.

Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Had afgesproken om 12 uur inchecken. Maar moest tot 2 uur wachten terwijl andere toeristen wel vroeg mogen inchecken das was zo onprofessioneel en etnische

The breakfast was really good and a lot of food to choose from. The personal at the hotel was very nice. The room was cleaned every single day, with fresh towels and a bottle of water.
The wifi at the third floor had slightly weaker signal sometimes. The room was a bit smaller than expected and could be problematic if there were 2 person per room (as there was a king bed) -- but for one person it was suitable
It was not great not terrible. The offer of food was decent, there was a buffet where you could get a scrambled eggs, the tea buffet, vegetable and cereals buffet, as well as some pastries. There was also one type of ham (sometimes). However, the scrambled eggs were made on the pan that probable have seen its best years and my scrambled eggs had remains of egg shells in it and black pieces from the pan. So I don't recommend that part. But other than that it was ok. The stuff was gracious and always ready to help.

The property is in a good location. It’s a very short walk to Mohamed V mausoleum, and the sea side with spectacular views of the opera house and tower. Chella is about a 35min walk in the opposite direction. The property is in an easy to find residential neighborhood. The rooms were modern, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly.
The breakfast was a bit sparse and not much choice. I’m not sure if it was because of the sudden announcement of the Eid holiday and being short staffed. There was no bidet hose in the bathrooms.
