Great experience
Pros:

Perfect location can walk to everything you need, parked at the hotel and didn’t have to drive once to anything. The check in and out was quick and easy loved that I could skip the lines and do everything on my phone.

Pros:

Great room, very clean.
The staff is exceptional, especially the restaurant and bar staff. Made our evenings very enjoyable. The location to the city is absolutely perfect.

Cons:

All the construction was noisy off our balcony. They are upgrading the inside of the hotel lobby and common areas, so thats a little disruptive. Even with all that, I stay here again without question.

The perfect getaway in the middle of Banff
Pros:

Excellent hotel within walking distance of downtown Banff. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay and we will be back again. Not much noise from the hotel however, there is a little road construction outside but that didn't go past 6pm and didn't bother us. The Crave restaurant that we used for breakfast was superb and not like any other hotel buffet. The chef prepares omelettes and eggs to order and the selection of items was amazing. On par if not better value for money than the restaurants around the town. Well done folks!!

Cons:

Really nothing at all, this hotel wins our vote hands down.

Fantastic location!
Pros:

Fantastic location for walking around Banff. Also really close to the hospital which mattered for us with a surgery in the morning!

Cons:

Still under construction - both the hotel and the road outside, but it didn’t impact our stay that much. The parking lot was pretty tight.
