Les chambres étaient superbes! Par contre, la 2e nuit nous n'avions pas réservé d'avance donc il nous ont changé de chambre et il y avait une odeur particulière dans cette chambre et non dans la première.

Walkable and on bus routes in BEAUTIFUL BANFF with lovely pools.
Pros:

Location is lovely walkable throughout town and on the bus routes. The pool and hot tubs were excellent. The room was spacious and well appointed with good lighting.

Perfect location, lovely and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location; clean, modern and spacious rooms and bathrooms; efficient check in and check out staff; reasonable overnight parking rates. The only thing that would have been perfect was the inclusion of breakfast in the room price.
