Accessible, friendly, clean and affordable stay in Banff. Location Location and thoughtful!
Pros:

I loved that the hotel is so accessible to everything in town to places to eat to hikes and the access of getting in and out of the city. It was my second time staying here and I will be coming back anytime I plan to stay in Banff. It was clean, the beds are so comfy, and the staff is EXCEEDINGLY kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for my aunt's birthday to offer her her favorite wine and have glasses and note at the ready on our arrival. The parking is easy to access in and out and the amenities ( restaurants and pool area ) were such a nice addition! There's a spa, bike rentals, and shuttle access right across the street to Norquay! As always, I was impressed and it was so much more affordable than other spots in town. My last photo is the view from across the street from Banff Park.

Een hotel op een top locatie
Pros:

Dit hotel is midden in het gezellige centrum van Banff, een bezoek is zeer aan te bevelen voor de leuke winkels en vele restaurants. Het hotel heeft enkele restaurants in zich en ook een goed ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het inchecken is online en je ziet geen enkel personeelslid om je wegwijs te maken in het hotel. Door de verbouwing van de lobby was het ook een beetje zoeken om met de lift boven te komen en lastig om uit te zoeken hoe de kamerdeur werkte op de mobiel. Dat is toch wel een "koude" bedoening en minder praktisch in onze optiek.
