Pros:

The pool was great, nice and warm even in the main pool. So close to all things in central Banff. Great location to walk from. Easy to find. Loved the virtual check in and check out process. So quick!

Les chambres étaient superbes! Par contre, la 2e nuit nous n'avions pas réservé d'avance donc il nous ont changé de chambre et il y avait une odeur particulière dans cette chambre et non dans la première.

Presently it is under construction which is evident in many areas, once the construction is completed it will be better,

Walkable and on bus routes in BEAUTIFUL BANFF with lovely pools.
Pros:

Location is lovely walkable throughout town and on the bus routes. The pool and hot tubs were excellent. The room was spacious and well appointed with good lighting.
