LArge comfy rooms, professional staff and great location for downtown Banff.
Pros:

Large clean room. Great location close to Downtown Banff. The underground car park was convenient and welcome given the winter climate.

Cons:

The hotel is being refurbished. Improvements so far are great and the hotel will improve even more when they are complete.

HATED the booking process. Went through booking.com and also had to pay deposit to hotel to ensure room was confirmed. Why bother with booking.com?? Did not like how it was handled.

Great family hotel at a great location. Would be back.
Pros:

We loved the location and the breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Dinner menu could be better. Indoor pool was too small for the size of the hotel.

Pros:

The property was great, they have recently renovated it, the rooms are great. We had some issues with the heating / cooling in the room. The staff was initially not super helpful in fixing the issue. They moved us to another room the next day. The pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 days that we stayed there, which was a big bummer as we looking forward to using the pool. Overall the facility was clean and renovated beautifully, but maintenance and management was an issue.

Banff Park Lodge was lovely, with a great location near the many shops and restaurants and the downtown in general. The
Pros:

Our family and many of our granddaughter’s other wedding guests all enjoyed Banff Park Lodge. Although it is still in renovation, the hotel did its utmost to accommodate guests. And although the surrounding streets and properties are also under renovation, we managed fairly well to get around both by foot and by car.

Cons:

We liked the hotel itself very much. However, in our room we found very limited space for hanging up clothes - especially considering that we were in Banff for a wedding.

High quality and very comfortable!
Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice size rooms and convenient location. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice treat after a day skiing.
