High quality and very comfortable!
Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice size rooms and convenient location. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice treat after a day skiing.

Beautiful week at Banff Park Lodge
Pros:

The newly renovated Banff Park Lodge was central to everything in Banff! The lodge was beautiful and the rooms very spacious, comfortable and clean! The staff were friendly. The ski rental shop within the hotel was very handy and the Spa and pool was welcome after a day skiing!

Cons:

Only down side was some of the staff in Crave were not very helpful at breakfast.

Great except for one incident
Pros:

This is the one issue.... my wife and her friend went for breakfast together. They were seated at a small table and were ignored for everything. No coffee, no service and no pleasant anything....

This one event has us so disappointed

Cons:

Seating everyone at breakfast on the bottom crowded tables while the upper level is left empty.

If I had been there it would have been dealt with in a much larger and vocal manner.

Great location and super comfortable
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to town and has a shuttle bus stop at the front.
Renovated and modern.

Cons:

The stairwells were very noisy next to room. Lighting in bathroom was low for makeup.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, but needs better cleaning and the entry looks old.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, worked hard to accommodate requests.
Our room was nor cleaned properly - bed was slept in and not made, a dirty Kleenex on the bed.. but we immediately got a clean room.

Also the restaurant Crave was excellent!!! in providing a wide selection of gluten free food and kept gluten containing foods at a separate table in their buffet style breakfast. I had no issues with cross contamination.

Cons:

The room had the thermostat too warm and we couldn't turn it down. Normally like night time temperature around 18.5 - 19 but it was set at 22.
