Pros:

The location is near wang fu jin mall and metro line 5. The carpark attendance is always serving everyone with a smile. For the entire stay, he is greeting almost everyone with a smile on the face. Keep up the good work.

Cons:

The waiter at restaurant don't really serve with a smile. The front counter staff not really very helpful.

Perfect city stay.
Pros:

Location was superb - close to subway & walkable to main tourist sites. Excellent breakfast. The room itself was big with a good view. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small & the room was way too warm - no individual control over the room temperature. Even though we turned the aircon from heat to cold & temp all the way down it didn't make any difference. We were only in the room to sleep so didn't really matter to us. It's a big hotel & the common areas/reception are lovely but the rooms are a little shabby. Location makes up for it though.

Loved the place , helpful staff.We only speak English so can be challenging not here though.
Booked a car for morning trip to the wall. Very cheap and great driver.
