Pros:

There was an M&M dispensary which was awesome! The staff were lovely, the desk was also very convenient, and the cleaner left up to six bottles of water in my room per day.

Cons:

I booked this accomodation for the pool and gym… and only found out on arrival that they were under construction and could not be used. It was very expensive without those add-ons.

Pros:

The location is very strategic. Only 200m from Jinyu Hutong subway station and around 700m from Dengshikou station

Cons:

We booked the family room for. Initially we got a room on level 8. The room was like a sauna place, very outdated like in 80's room that has not been renovated at all. You can see the room's wallpaper peeling off, the old white phone has turned yellow, the carpet faded and looked very dirty. After waiting around 30mins in the room, the temperature was not improving then i asked housekeeping to check. Looks like they aware of the situation, they came saying that i should keep my curtain close and offered us additional fan?! They said that they only have evap aircon, so nothing they can do to bring down the temperature. The room is old, stuffy, creepy, hot and now we also cannot open the curtain. They offered if we want to change room. When we checked the other room on level 11, it was much cooler and the room has been renovated, so definetely the 2nd room is way more decent than the first one we stayed. The staff was very accomodating but regretfully why would you offer run down room to your guest at the first place? We paid 240aud/night there and did not feel like getting 4 star hotel service.
Before i book this hotel, I read other reviews that the aircon is hot but i thought it is preference. Apparently it is NOT! Their aircon does not work properly, so if you cannot stand hot, definetely stay away from this hotel

super quick stay is ok but not more than 1 night
Pros:

location was great and only one good for this hotel is the location.

Cons:

Hotel room can hear all noise from outside, hallway and people talking, walking all the time. Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff were not smile at all.

Cons:

The hotel is bit old and should consider renovating to modern fittings. Also the breakfast could be improved, not great choices compared to other hotel we stayed in China.

Great location and attentive staff.
Pros:

-Excellent location, staff attentive, lovely bar area and good breakfast.

Cons:

-No individually controlled air con - room was extremely hot. We were moved to another room which was cooler and provided with fans to make our stay more comfortable.
-Booked a room with a bath tub which our first room did not have.
-Although clean, the bathrooms need renovating. They are very outdated and falling apart.

Thank you for your warm hospitality and attentive service. I especially appreciate the complimentary early check-in, which meant a lot after a long and tiring flight — I truly needed to rest as soon as possible. The hotel staff prepared my room very quickly, making my arrival smooth and comfortable.
