Based on the photos on Booking.com, I had the impression that the sauna was available for all guests. However, it turned out to be accessible only for specific rooms. Aside from this, everything was great.

this was not the charming room I saw on the photos...
Pros:

the staff was generous with their time and smiles, professional and lovely all around.

Cons:

the furniture and design of the room: we had two giant chairs but no wardrobe, and a tiny writing desk. the beds were simply uncomfortable. also: two single beds next to one another does not make a double.
the bathroom was tiny and without any shower cabin, everything got wet every time we showered.

Fantastiskt hotell med ett utmärkt läge mitt i centrum!
Vacker utsikt och nära till alla sevärdheter, vilket gjorde vistelsen extra bekväm.

Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam, varm och omtänksam – vi kände oss verkligen väl omhändertagna.
Frukosten var mycket god och hade allt man behöver.

Vi är verkligen jättenöjda med bemötandet och kommer gärna tillbaka!
