Don’t stay at a Best Western cotton tree inn property.
Pros:

The parking lot is a booby trap.
We damaged the front of our car checking in because the concrete stop blocks are set so far back that you smash the nose of your car into them before you’re into the spot all the way.
The general manager was awful.
He was more interested in making excuses than dealing with our problem.
We stayed three nights and despite several complaints, our room was never made up the entire time of our stay.
We will never stay at another cotton tree inn property again.
They obviously are experiencing Sirius management issues.

Good stay
Pros:

This was a quick stay before heading to the airport for an early flight. Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. The area felt safe and it was an easy drive to the airport in the morning.

Pet friendly, very clean hotel, updated, quiet, great breakfast!

We stayed here for 4 nights.
Great-
-Pet friendly
-Rooms in the back of the hotel are very quiet
-Great breakfast. Nice poster to let us know the 7 day menu. Nice variety of items. Only one lady is running the entire breakfast room by herself but she does a great job!!
-Shower head has many options to use.
-Housekeeping came in everyday to give us clean towels, empty the trash etc.
-Updated decor, sofa, table, chairs etc. Sheets were comfortable.
-Very good lighting in the bathroom and in the rest of our room. No area was very dark.
-When you check in the give you a paper ma of the hotel, breakfast times, wifi info etc.
-Very organized hotel!!
-Front desk was very helpful the entire time. And, they noticed we are platinum rewards members!
-Many fast food and other restaurants very close to this hotel.
Highly recommend R&R BBQ down the street!!

Overall we will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

after staying here i somehow magically left a positive review for it on maps? i’ve never left a review in my life. i don’t even know how to and just realized now long after staying that it had happened. i also remember immediately after staying being suspicious of something because i suddenly started getting lots of utah specific spam calls and texts which has never happened all the other times i traveled here. I saw another person saying the reviews were suspicious and i think i know how that happened now!

We had a great stay! Clean, quiet, great location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. Loved having hot, high protein options like eggs and sausage.

Cons:

The beds weren't medium comfortable, but perfectly fine for a few nights. We have a 4-year-old who loved the pool, but the bathroom was way down the hall, making potty breaks more difficult.
