Чисто, охайно, свіжа білосніжна постіль. Комфортні матраци. Привітний персонал.
Ми приїхали пізно, близько 12-ї ночі, і зазвичай у таких випадках у готелях гостей зустрічають не надто привітно. Тут було навпаки: адміністратор дуже ввічливо нас зустрів, усе пояснив, і це залишило приємне враження.
Сніданки також приємно здивували. Ми прийшли досить пізно, але були раді застати ще теплі страви. Усе було смачно, а мед у сотах це окреме задоволення.
Особливо хочеться відзначити працівницю кухні з короткою темною стрижкою. Вона була надзвичайно уважною та привітною. Завчасно попередила нас, через який час зачиняється кухня, щоб ми встигли поїсти та взяти все, що ще хотіли. Для мене вона окремо винесла безглютеновий хліб і показала, де знаходиться безлактозне молоко. Весь час усміхалася, була дуже доброзичливою та щирою. Такий рівень турботи про гостей справді вражає і створює особливу атмосферу гостинності.

Am Abreisetag wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage verfügbar aufgrund einer Veranstaltung. Keine Reservierung eines Parkplatzes leider möglich

Great value hotel with everything you need
Pros:

This is the best ibis I have ever stayed at, when your inside it feels like you are in a luxury hotel!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely staff member, who helped us to check in, and served us some delicious drinks from the bar.

We then went up to the room, and we were so surprised. The room was massive and very stylish, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it even had a large balcony! There is plenty of worktop space that spans the entire length of the room. The bathroom is compact but perfect, it even has a bathtub. The windows are huge, so the room boasts lots of natural light.

There is a BILLA supermarket attached to the hotel which is a great bonus.

The breakfast is €17.50 each, and is very good. There is a large array of meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fruits to choose from, and there are two coffee machines too. We asked the staff for a glass of ice, and made our own iced coffees, with the milk provided and espresso from the machine.

The location is great! It is in a quiet area around a 20 minute walk out from the old town. There is also a tram that takes about 10 minutes that you can catch from outside the hotel to the old town.

Cons:

The room would benefit from a fridge, but that is just a preference.

There was a slight buzzing noise in the room through the night, it didn’t bother us or disrupt our sleep, as we sleep through anything, but it would probably bother light sleepers.
