Localização e preço.

Cons:

Quartos antigos, sem ar condicionado nem minibar, com banheira e azuleijos do chão partidos. Fiquei 3 noites e voltei para mais uma noite. O primeiro quarto era limpo e aceitável, dentro destas condições O quarto da segunda noite era igual ao primeiro mas em pior estado e a limpeza não era a melhor. Não é o que se espera de um hotel Mercure e de 4* mas sim de um hotel de 2* ou 3*.

Bis auf das Erlebnis an der Rezeption war der Aufenthalt in ordnung!

Die Rezeptionisten in der Früh beim Bezahlen. Zum Einen wurde weder gegrüßt als ich an die Rezeption zum Zahlen der Rechnung kam, noch wurde auf meinen Gruß gedankt. Auf meine Feststellung, dass es eigentlich in diesem Hotel nicht üblich ist, dass man nicht einmal auf ein "Guten Morgen" dankt, wurde geantwortet, dass der Dienst eigentlich schon vorbei ist. Der zweite Rezeptionist war auch nicht besser! Die Rechnung konnte auch nach 10 Minuten nicht richtig ausgestellt werden.

Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer es ging war aber auch nicht das was wir wollten, da wir ein anderes Hotel vorab gebucht hatten die uns aber sehr kurzfristig abgesagt haben und wir keine andere Wahl hatten.

Für ein 4 Sterne-Haus zu wenig Qualität.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage am Westbahnhof ist sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Leider gab es in dem kurzen Aufenthalt einige Unannehmlichkeiten, die sehr lästig waren:
Das Zimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt, die Zimmerkarte bzw das Zimmeürschloss funktionierte teilweise nicht, sodass wir vom 5. Stock extra zur Rezeption mussten, der Getränkeautomat buchte zwar das Geld ab, das Getränk wurde aber nicht ausgegeben. Erst am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein Ersatzgetränk.
Das Frühstück ist für den Preis von € 25 viel zu billig, schlechte Auswahl an billiger Wurst- und Käseware, das Müesliangebot bestand ebenfalls aus billigen Cerealien-Produkten.
