Praktische Übernachtung
Pros:

Grund für Übernachtung in diesem Hotel war für mich Weiterfahrt sehr zeitig in der Früh mit Reisebus Abfahrtsstelle Westbahnhof/Felberstraße vis-a-vis.
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption - habe ohne Aufzahlung schon bei Ankunft ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen!

Von einem Mercure-Accor-****-Hotel kann man (etwas) mehr erwarten.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, nahe Westbahnhof sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend, wenn man es nicht extra gebucht hat. Tresor hat gut funktioniert. Freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt - das Hotelmanagement weiss es auch selbst, dass die Zimmer in vielerlei Hinsicht dringend renovierungsbedürftig sind (Sanitäre Einrichtungen, v.a. das Bad, Zimmerböden, TV-Gerät...).
Zudem hatte es im Zimmer leider null schriftliche Infos zum Hotelbetrieb (Checkout-Zeit, Internet-Zugang u.a.m.).
