Pros:

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, and they checked me in three hours early, for which I'm extremely grateful.

Cons:

My key card would get unlinked from the room every time I left and I had to go and resolve this issue several times a day. It was very unpleasant and tiring for me.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. Everything was great

The room was extremely hot. I was told that the air conditioning is only turned on in May, so it wasn’t available during my stay. Because of that, I couldn’t sleep well

Für den Preis , toll!
Pros:

Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir fanden es toll, dass das Frühstück nicht dabei war , sondern man es extra dazubuchen kann.

Cons:

Dusche statt Badewanne wäre uns lieber gewesen, aber viellicht muss man das dazusagen und es gibt Zimmer mit Dusche.
Es war uns etwas zu warm im Zimmer. Wir konnten es aber nicht selbst regulieren, haben es bei der Klimaanlage probiert.
Ein zweiter Polster wäre gut.

Überraschend gut für den Preis!
Pros:

Ein Zufallsfund, weil ich nach einer Übernachtung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westbahnhof gesucht hatte. Ich war positiv überrascht! Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig (hofseitig), Ziegelwände statt Rigips, gemütlich und klassisch eingerichtet. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und sehr umfangreich, aber mit 25€ auch ordentlich teuer. Der Zimmerpreis war allerdings mit 66€ sehr günstig und daher hat sich das ausgeglichen.

Cons:

Wie gesagt, Frühstück für 25€ ist doch recht happig.
Mit dem Wasserhahn bzw. mit der Mischbatterie in der Dusche muss man ein bisschen aufpassen, 3mm entscheiden zwischen Verbrühung und Eiswürfeln ;)

Wie immer Perfekt für Konzert in der Stadthalle, war schon das 3. Mal da und noch nie bereut

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Kaffee schmeckt super, die Lage ist für Anreise mit dem Zug bzw. Besuch der Stadthalle perfekt geeignet!

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing: the beds were uncomfortable, low, and small. The window overlooked a roof and the fire escape. We did not dare leave it open because anyone could easily step inside. This felt very unsafe and uncomfortable at night, especially for two women. The sound insulation was poor, and you could hear everything from the hallway through the room door. More attention should also be paid to cleanliness. Even the restaurant’s display window was dirty, which put us off eating there. The staff were not very communicative. The only good thing is the hotel’s location.
