Clean spacious rooms with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The rooms are big and clean with a toilet equipped with bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Chinese restaurant serves excellent Cantonese food. It has an outdoor area with trees and a pond but I wish the garden has flowers and benches for people to sit and enjoy the peace of the garden.

Cons:

The location which is out of the way and the MRT Station is too far to walk.

Pros:

It is a grand hotel with multiple buildings and comfortable rooms. Has a grand staircase and excellent customer service. Disappointing aspect are the poor state behind the scenes such as the pool area and changing rooms in desperate need of repairs/ renovations. The downstairs western restaurant is affordable but we had a bad experience with cold meals and very poor service. The bare lounges also staffed with learners and just overall uncomfortable in drink service

Enjoyable stay at Wyndham Beijing North Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located off a highway and an hour from city center. Opened more than 20 years ago but still in a very good condition. We stayed there on our TripADeal China tour. The room was comfortable and clean. The dinning room was large and the breakfast buffet had both Western and Chinese food.

Comfortable stay at the Wyndham Beijing North
Pros:

It is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are spacious; staff are very accommodating; the food is great; I stayed for 12 nights and did not really get bored with breakfast.
Overall the place is very clean.
It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, which is next to a large shopping centre.
