בזמן ששהינו היה שיפוצים במבנה, חבל שלא נאמר לפני ההגעה שלנו , לאורך כל השהות היה רעשים מבחוץ של שיפוץ והפריע לנוח

Zentrales Hotel, jedoch verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

sehr zentral gelegen, ums Eck in der Mariahilfer Straße und beim Westbahnhof, 200m von der U-Bahn entfernt, Frühstück ist sehr gut, lassen fast keine Wünsche offen, Klimaanlage ist sehr leise

Cons:

Sehr laute Brandschutztüren, die nicht gut eingestellt sind, extrem lautes Zuschlagen, vielleicht könnte auch an die Gäste ein Hinweis auf etwas Rücksichtnahme gegeben werden, da es in der Nacht sehr laut von den Türen war. Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen. Am und im Haus wurden Umbau Arbeiten ausgeführt, die teilweise sehr laut waren. Ein Hinweis bei der Buchung wäre nett gewesen. Bei Ankunft an der Rezeption nicht einmal ein Hallo von der Dame, nicht gerade freundlich.

Pros:

A very spacious room, superb location right next to the Maria hilfer shopping street and west banhoff station, very attentive staff

Cons:

Hotel and facilities feel a bit outdated despite it’s a 4 stars hotel, but it wasn’t a real problem for us

Sehr gutes Hotel, Preisleistung stimmt. Komme gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, Zimmer war sofort verfügbar bei Ankunft.
Kühlschrank ist einfach genial. Zwar sehr klein aber für Getränke perfekt!

Cons:

Zuviel Lärm vormittags vom Personal & anderen Gästen. Ein entspanntes ausschlafen kann man hier leider vergessen. Türen werden gefüllte 1000 mal zu geworfen bzw. fallen gelassen….
