Oda kokuyor, kimse ilgilenmedi. Odalar temizlemdi sanıyoruz ama bakıyoruz gelince odaya her yer toz içinde, temizlik sıfır denecek kadar kötü, oda terliği verilmedi biz isteyince verildi. Berbat ötesi sadece uyuduk odada , fotoğraflara temizlendi denilip temizlenmeyen hatta yatağı baş ucunda bulunan bardağın yerinden oynamadığını, ve toz ve pisliğin izini cam sehpada göreceksiniz

Freundlich, sauber, unkomliziert - jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Zimmer war früher verfügbar; Personal (vor allem die Dame an der Bar) war freundlich; Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Beim Check-In wurde lediglich die Zimmerkarte übergeben, es gab keinerlei Infos, wie z. B.: WLAN-Nutzung.

Wenn wir Wien nochmal besuchen buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Leonardo!
Pros:

Das Leonardo liegt super günstig. In ein paar Geh - Minuten ist man am Raimund Theater, es gibt viele gute Restaurants im Umfeld, der Westbahnhof mit den U-Bahnhöfen und einer Hoppon-Hoppoff-Bushaltestelle ist auch sehr schnell erreichbar, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war lecker und der Wiener Kaffee sowieso
Besonderen Dank an die nette Dame an der Bar, sie hat uns immer einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert

Cons:

Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist sehr eng und man muss schon ein wenig Autofahren können, aber es ist machbar
