Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst, die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß aber alles drin, was man braucht und sauber
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Westbahnhof, zu Fuß braucht man ca 30 Minuten bis zur Hofburg durch eine schöne Einkaufsstraße.

Cons:

Beim Duschen war die Wassertemperatur schlecht zu regulieren. Schwankte zwischen heiß und kalt ohne Vorwarnung.
Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich, haben nicht gegrüßt und waren eher mit sich beschäftigt als mit den Gästen.

الموظفون ودودين وممتازين في التعامل وكانوا سريعين في تسجيل الدخول كما اني استأذنتهم في المواقف لمده نص ساعه ووافقوا الفندق نظيف جدا ويظهر انه تم إعاده تجديده الأثاث جديد ومريح وايضاً موقعه قريب من محطه قطار 3 دقايق مشي ويقع في شارع ماريا هلفر وسعره يعتبر ممتاز

Schöne Tage in Wien.

Nur wenige Minuten vom Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße und U-Bahn entfernt.

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal kam erst am späteren Nachmittag(ca.17:00). Haben dann keine Dienste mehr in Anspruch genommen.

Ottimo per visitare Vienna
Pros:

Camera pulita e materasso comodissimo per un buon riposo. Colazione molto varia e abbondante. Alla reception parlano in italiano e ci hanno aiutato in alcune destinazioni. Posizione molto buona per la vicinanza alla stazione del pullman da e per l 'aeroporto
