Pros:

Globalement très bien. Buffet petit déjeuner énorme et varié jusqu'à 11h. On a pu traîner le matin. Chambre spacieuse. Tout le confort nécessaire.

Cons:

Accès au spa et sauna payant. Dommage.
Et j'aurai préféré changer les serviettes tous les deux jours au lieu de tous les jours.

Electricity issues, would not go back
Pros:

Underground garage, close to the underground subway to the Old Town, Prague, multiple features and accommodations at the hotel, front staff were great overall except the electricity issue we had and the manager not reaching out to us when requested.

Cons:

The hotel room lost power 2x within 8 hours, briefly; most of the lights flickered in sync. They did have a maintenance individual come up quickly, which took a total of 40 minutes, and he was unable to resolve the issue. We were fearful the fridge would stop working. At the same time, we slept, when my mom had celiac disease, and were concerned that all of her gluten-free food would have been destroyed, along with concerns for possible electrical issues that, in cases of these specific old buildings, I'd assume could start a fire. We requested a room change, but nothing was available. The receptionist, Thomas, was doing everything he could, but as it was getting late, we asked him to stop looking for another room for us. I did request to speak with the manager. The manager was not in that day/evening, and I was told he would call back, but he never did. I will be filing a report to Prague Trade Licensing Office and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for concerns regarding this hotel. So we dealt with the electricity issues during our one-night stay. What's funny is that they didn't truly seem to care and didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, except an extra bottle of wine? Thanks. We will never recommea nd this place, and hopefully the matter can be further investigated. We were in room 855, family suite. So avoid that one, at least!

Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Evening restaurant and no fridge in room needs addres

Breakfast was incredible., with a pianist playing while you ate.Service amazing.Executive lounge was fantastic.

Cons:

Evening food in the restaurant was inedible. Really bad.There was also no fridge in the room to put the bottle of white wine they give you in. Why not ????

Her açıdan mükemmel bir tesis. Konumu harika, hemen karşısında Kafkanın da mezarının olduğu Yahudi mezarlığı ve çok yakınında metro ve otobüs durakları var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Bir üst seviyedeki oda, bir içecek hediyesi ve minik ve tatlı hediyeler verdiler. Başlarda telefonumu kullanamadığım için verdikleri harita çok işime yaradı.

Cons:

Tesiste ibadet edebileceğim bir alan yoktu. Odama çıkmak istemediğim zamanlarda ortak alanda namaz kılabileceğim bir oda olmasını isterdim. Kahvaltısı çok geniş seçenekli olduğu için güzeldi ama çalışanlar hangi etlerin kullanıldığını bilmiyorlardı. Omletlerden birinin etli olduğunu kesince fark ettim, domuz Eti tüketmeyenler, glütensiz beslenenler, vejeteryan ve veganlar için açıklama olmasını ya da çalışanların bu konuda bilgi vermesini isterdim.

We had a superb stay at Don Giovanni.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the whole vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. From the beautiful lobby that you enter as you arrive, to the welcome drink after check in. I stayed here for my 30th birthday and they really made it a memorable experience. The breakfast, it exceeded my expectations there was an excellent selection of hot and cold food, pastries, juice, tea, coffee and even prosecco to choose from!! All while a talented pianist is playing the piano, as you're eating, what a treat!! The check in was fine, they couldn't accommodate an earlier check in for us, but they had a storage room for luggage, so we were able to leave our bags here and go off exploring into the city! The spa facilities are also amazing, myself and my partner got massages and the thai girls were lovely and respectful! The hotel was also dog friendly, but you would never tell, as it is spotlessly clean!! Although I wasn't traveling with a furry friend myself, it was delightful to meet lots of adorable dogs during my stay :) would recommend staying here

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didnt like during my stay here! It was amazing and would definitely stay here again!

Skvelý pobyt
Pros:

Výborná poloha hotela vedľa zastávky metra, električiek, autobusov. Podzemné parkovisko. Príjemný a ochotný personál. Skvelé a veľmi chutné raňajky formou švédskych stolov, kde som si aj ja s mojimi diétnymi obmedzeniami vedela vybrať.. Priestranná izba s dobrým vybavením. Čistá kúpelňa. Veľmi pohodlná a veľká posteľ. Fľaša vína na uvítanie potešila. Fľaše vody na cestu domov rovnako potešili. Hotel môžeme len odporúčať a určite sa radi vrátime.
