Absolument parfait
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait. Accueil décontracté, chaleureux, comme si nous étions dans un petit hôtel familial. L'emplacement est parfait.
Le sourire permanent du personnel est incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est formidable.

Cons:

Le repas du soir dans le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée était moyen, ne reflète pas le standing et la qualité de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede ligging vlakbij een metrohalte waardoor je met het openbaar vervoer alles in Praag kan bereiken.
De ontvangst was zeer goed en vriendelijk. Het restaurant (ook ontbijt) was prima in orde. Zeer lekker eten en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Hier kan ik niet meteen iets bedenken.

De grote van de badkamer. Badkamer voor 4 sterren hotel hadden wij iets meer van verwacht. Ruimte was in verhouding tot kamer erg klein. Geen thermostaatkraan in de douchruimte en geen handvat aan de binnenkant vd douchedeur.

Sve je bilo top. Sve pohvale Ivanu na recepciji koji je bio jako ljubazan, spreman pomoci i odgovoriti na sva pitanja koja su nas zanimala. Dorucak jako obilan i ukusan, za svakoga ima sta pozeli. Od 1 do 10 dala bih 20 jer je sve zaista na nivou.
