Pros:

My family and l stayed at this hotel during a chess event. It is one of the best hotel. The best thing about it was the service from the staff. Most of them were very kind, helpful, and understanding, especially the reception team. A special thanks to Martina. The staff really tried their best to give guests great service. I also want to thank the Prague chess team for choosing this hotel for the event.

V hotelu jsem byl užl po několikáté. Dostali jsme zdarma upgrade na executive.

Cons:

Snídaně mě bohužel tentokrát zklamala a to je jedna z věcí podle kterého si vybírám hotel. Dříve kvalita surovin byl o mnohem lepší. Například šunka byla obyčejná , kvalitní šunka vypadá úplně jinak. Je vidět , že hotel Giovanni začal šetřit. Obyčejný chléb jsem skoro nenašel ( po alergiky), většinou byli celozrnné. I sladké pečivo ubylo , kdysi byli dobré domácí jablečné záviny a tentokrát už se ho ani neviděl po oba dny a zbytek sladkého pečiva mi připadalo jako z fabriky. Dostali jsem voucher na nealkoholické nápoje místo láhve vína ( alkohol nepijeme) ,sice to od hotelu bylo milé, bohužel jsme se mohli vybrat z pár džusu,ale na nějaký koktejl nealkoholický jsme mohli zapomenout,aby to nebylo drahé pro hotel.

Прекрасный отель, это второе наше посещение, просторный номер, очень чисто, игровая комната для детей очень порадовала, ооочень хорошие завтраки все вкусно и разнообразие поражает, на любой каприз. Всё было на высшем уровне, если бы не одно но...

Вот об этом но... напишу, так как очень огорчило и оставило неприятный осадок и это работник на рецепшени по имени Том, такого хамства не встречала нигде, мы обратились с вопросом о вариантах продление проживания( в связи с тем что у нас отменились все рейсы из-за начала военных действий в Израиле) на что получили ответ в грубом тоне - "завтра вы должны покинуть отель, война у вас, а у нас всё хорошо", должна отметить, мы не просили поселить нас бесплатно, мы спросили варианты продления! После такого ответа не было желания больше там оставаться и мы переехали в другой отель. Очень жаль что такой человек отравляет весь коллектив отеля, очень надеюсь что администрацыя отеля отреагирует на такое отношение. Всем мира!

Milujeme tento hotel .
Pros:

V tomto hotelu jsme byli ubytováni již po páté, moc se nám zde líbí. Ideální umístění hned u stanice metra je super. Snídaně vynikající, celodenní možnost lehkého občerstvení v salonku je také moc fajn. Letos jsme během pobytu zažili i řešení určité nepříjemnosti, kdy nám musel být druhý den vyměněn pokoj kvůli poruše stoupaček. Jako omluvu jsme dostali voucher na bufetovou večeři včetně nápoje a volný vstup do sauny a vířivky. Což opravdu oceňuji. Večeře byla skvělá, saunu jsme nevyužili. Personál skvělý. Rádi se zase vrátíme.

Vše bylo v pořádku.

Από τις πιο άνετες διαμονής που είχαμε..υπέροχο ξενοδοχειο. Δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω.. από τα ατομα στη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι τα άτομα του πρωινού ήταν ευγενεστατοι. Υπέροχο δωμάτιο σαν μίνι σουίτα. Το πρωινό πλούσιο με παρα πολλές επιλογές.. 2 λεπτά από σταση μέτρο που σε πάει πραγματικά παντού..
