Na pokoji horko, okno se nedá pořádně otevřít, navíc hluk Vinohradské ulice, větrání velmi hlučné, nedalo se regulovat.

Amazing value for money, a lovely old fashioned comfortable hotel experience for the same price as your typical bare, minimalist budget hotel. It feels special but also low-key. Clean, lovely, cosy, quiet, and amazing buffets. Piano music! Lots of free water, which is always something I want, the most reasonable mini bar prices I’ve ever seen to the point where I considered having something, lovely bar with chess you can play (cute), beautiful breakfast with fresh pastries and proper chefs. Feels like the conception of what a hotel should be in a children’s book, but not snooty/luxury, just perfect
Nothing, it was perfect
Perfektní snídaně s obrovským výběrem velice chutného jídla. Pokoj skvěle připravený. Recepce vždy přístupná, obsluha na recepci ochotná mi kdykoliv poradit s čímkoliv, co jsem potřeboval. Oceňuji také možnost vyžehlit si ve třetím patře oblečení.

The welcome was warm and professional, and even parking was taken care of with The hotel is located in Prague 3 and as soon as you enter, you feel like you’ve stepped into another world ✨. The lobby is absolutely stunning very grand and elegant, with a beautiful central statue and impressive stairs leading to the Teatro Restaurant, where you can enjoy all-inclusive dining until 22:00 🍽️.
We loved the atmosphere in the lobby, especially the Amadeus Café Bar with live piano music 🎹☕ such a relaxing and classy touch. Breakfast was served in Allegretto Restaurant, which is also open until 23:00.
There are plenty of facilities: a games room (billiards, chess, table games 🎱♟️), a gift shop, spa & wellness on the 12th floor 🧖♀️, and even an executive lounge. Everything is very well organized and accessible.
Our room (919, Executive & Celebrity Floor) was incredible more like a full apartment than a hotel room 🤩. It had a living area with couches, a fully stocked minibar, a separate bedroom, desk, coffee & tea facilities, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was spotless—true 5-star cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The staff also provided us with a Prague Pass, which was a very nice bonus for discounts around the city 🎟️.
Another big advantage is the excellent location with metro and tram nearby 🚇🚋, making it very easy to explore Prague.
