Standing à très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Petit déjeuner extra, large choix. Chambres très grandes, même les standards. Piscine. À 2 pas de l’autoroute.

Cons:

Parking 6€. Mais idem partout en Angleterre. Même aux centres commerciaux: parkings payants !

The bar staff were friendly

Cons:

The extra charge for parking, the heat pump in the pool doesn’t work and according to club members has not for 2 months, the pool area in so hot to sit in you cannot breath. The steam room was out of order. A wake was going on while trying to relax which obviously made you feel as though you could not have a laugh etc out of respect. No signal at all. Every other hotel I have ever been to will provide small toiletries, this one provides hand wash.

Lovely place, expert and kind stuff, not luxurious for amazing for the price and people like me preffer this style.
Pros:

The service and quality for the price makes it the beat deal in Kent. The team provided me and my family the highest standards of service. Thank you to all of them!

Cons:

Only little thing is alot of the channels on TV had jo service. I would recomend to the hotel to clear these from their TVs so it doesnt waste customer time to go through the stations and look for children TV. Also add few more TV channes as only one was available and boring :)

Overall I recommend this place , good value for money
Pros:

Good location, safe place , I asked for a quiet room and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room was nice for a short stay ,I would say to improve the cleaning in the rooms as the bedside lamps were dusty , but I appreciate that I could book a last minute place to sleep , and it was safe for me

Having to pay £6 a day for parking . Service charge In restaurant , didn’t see it til we got back to room . Should be on the machine as you pay . Would be more noticeable. Or at least the Waitress should point it out . Certainly wouldn’t have paid it . Should be able to tip if you want .
