ORIDA Maidstone Hotel

Suited our needs for a budget place to go castle hopping!

Alot of hotels could take note of the breakfasts served here! There was soooo much choice! In fact i would say it is the best hotel we have ever been to for choice at breakfast. So thank you! Made my birthday extra special.

Excellent clean room, spacious, light and airy.

I accidentally left something in the room but a 2 minute phone call to reception and they found it and posted it back. Great service.

Food was excellent. Waiting staff very pleasant, but service was a bit slow, suspect due to short staffed (?)

Very friendly staff and breakfast was of high quality produce.

Big room, clean, fridge, bath with shower, kettle. Food was lovely and big choice. Would definitely stay again if around the area.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Daily cleaned and maintained. Standard breakfast.

Very good experience, great breakfast, would stay again

The hotel reception was well run and check-in went very smoothly. Our room which was on the ground floor was spacious, very clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The only down side was the complicated lighting arrangement in the room. In the morning, we found the breakfast well stocked with a reasonable range of item. All in all it was a very nice stay

We weren’t there long but it was perfect for our stop off en route to the tunnel

Did a quick stop over here before the tunnel. Was a good sized room for 5 of us. Parking was a bit tight but when we left we established there's much more parking to the rear! Was stung for another £6 a night parking which could have been included in the room charge? Some tiles cracked in the bathroom but otherwise pretty clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Property was brilliant but really needs a lift as having to do several trips up and down stairs with all belongings was a bit inconvenient as you have to leave your belongings unattended downstairs whilst you go back to collect the rest of your belongings

The hotel was good, but it was the staff that made the difference - all of them were friendly, polite & professional - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Lovely stay at the Orida Maidstone. Room large and comfortable. Nice bedding and fluffy towels and very clean. Staff all very friendly so nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Our shower water pressure was really low and there is no hair conditioner available.

Large room reasonable location and price for proximity to channel tunnel.
Room a little tired with large chip in the sink.
