I would definitely stay again at this hotel. I had booked this originally from a family member’s recommendation.
Pros:

Property was great. Clean hotel room, great breakfast buffet, and location couldn’t be better for seeing the historical sites and being within the lively district of Plaka and Monastiraki.

Great plaxe to stay. easy walk/close to most attractions.
Pros:

Great coffee shop/cafe accross the road. Very nice breakfast and coffee.
Little sweet store next door, lovely staff/owner/manager.
Short walk into the tourist area.
Love the window shutters for keeping out the sun and noise.

Cons:

We had 3 people in each room and there were only towels left for 2 in one of the rooms. Quick call to reception to have them delivered. Room 2 was fine and all good. Room #1 also didn't have any daily cleaning/maintenence, room #2 did.

Pros:

A very great location, with rooms with balconies a plus. Close to attractions, the metro, and public buses. Quiet in the evenings. Breakfast is a plus.

Cons:

Poor quality toiletries in the bathroom, not enough overall. No iron. Better pillows and bedding. Breakfast is okay, but it would be nice if it were at least warm, like scrambled eggs.

Pros:

La proximité des lieux d’intérêt. La rue de l’hôtel très calme

Cons:

Le hall était dégradé par une fuite d’eau dans le plafond !
Beaucoup de groupes très bruyants : les responsables devraient être plus attentifs à cela

Óptima localização
Pros:

Gostámos muito do quarto e do pequeno almoço. Óptima localização. Funcionários muito prestáveis com os meus pais. Está localizado num local com bons acessos a restaurantes, quem usufruiu desta viagem foram os meus pais que falam mal inglês e têm dificuldades de locomoção, sentiram-se tranquilos durante a viagem.

Rooms need to be upgraded
Pros:

One of the worst rooms I've ever to stayed out. Rooms are cramped and outdated. The room was supposed to accommodate 3 of us but barely fits two with luggage. Carpet is stained and disgusting. The sliding door for the bathroom was broken and patio door wouldn't lock. The hotel needs to be revamped and modernized. On a positive note, the location is great and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. The breakfast was very decent for such a crappy hotel.
