Nei miei viaggi non mi è mai capitato di trovarmi in un 4 stelle così degradato

Cons:

Attenzione alla pulizia e rinnovamento degli arredi: la tenda a rullo presente dietro la finestrella del bagno risultava impolverata in maniera impressionante, nel box doccia ho trovato un sapone di dotazione usato, l'ho segnalato al receptionist che mi ha ringraziato, ha preso nota, ma non mi ha offerto un'altra stanza, ne è stato rimosso il flaconcino, la tazza del water risultava scheggiata e internamente consumata dai prodotti chimici, il materasso del letto presentava una macchia rossa (sangue?) ben visibile da sopra il lenzuolo. Nonostante l'avviso apposto in reception di lavori in corso non credo siano motivi sufficienti per tollerare questi disagi.

Personale estremamente gentile ed accogliente
Il signore alla reception al mio arrivo, si è anche premurato di chiedermi dove avessi posteggiato l’auto, dato che, l’hotel è fornito anche di parcheggio gratuito. Il check in molto veloce, idem anche il check out.
Locali e camera molto puliti ed in ordine.
La camera era accogliente, calda, con tv, armadio e frigo fornito di acqua, era dotata inoltre di caffè, tè e camomilla!
Il letto e cuscini molto comodi.
Il bagno ampio pulitissimo, con asciugacapelli e l’occorrente per l’igiene personale.
Tornerò indubbiamente e lo consiglio!!!
