La posizione della struttura, sei a due passi dal centro
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di cambiare ( almeno lavarla ) la moquette dei corridoi
Metterei dei feltrini alla struttura dei letti ( ogni volta che ti giri, sbatte contro il muro )
E la mensola della camera non la lascerai con lo spigolo vivo, andrebbe smussato
E una bella imbiancata in generale non guasta mai

Le regole molto stringenti dell'hotel. Decisamente non accettabili

קצת מיושןן המבנה עצמו . הבריכה גדולה מספיק אך קשה קצת להיכנס כי זה עם מעקה לא צמש יציב. צריך שלט שיראה אילו מים עמוקים.

2. Very poor internet! - its like there is no internet in the hotel at all ( 4Mbps upload! -like we are in 2011)
3. Room cleaning was very bad, and I even got a card taken from the slot while being in the shower
5. Cleaning ladies are very loud and come very early (9AM!) to disturb
5. Room walls are from paper
6. Swimming pool water wasn't clean enough

My fiancé and I have just returned from our stay at the Hersonissos palace.
It has some good and bad and average points
The room was great with a modern twist and a sea view
The restaurant was well designed and the food was decent, but the wines were atrocious. Awful. As were the spirits, which I guess are sort of expected on all inclusive holidays, but still disappointing upon taste.
Entertainment was dreadful to non existent, for peak season this must be looked at as there was nothing to do after evening meals.
A great time was had as we both enjoy our downtime together, but would I return to this hotel? Probably not

Our stay at this hotel left a very positive impression. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager was also attentive and always willing to assist whenever needed.
Lunch and dinner were delicious and offered a great variety of dishes, especially the wide selection of seafood, which we really enjoyed. The only downside regarding the food was that the breakfast was quite repetitive, with very few changes from day to day.
The biggest drawback was the housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly enough, so this is definitely an area where improvement is needed.
Despite this, our overall experience was very good, and I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, sea 200m away, beach narrow but not crowded, a bit rocky, most of them rent sunbeds for an average of 15€ per day. Lots of shops around, car rental..., Promenade... The hotel itself is neat, quiet, great, food changes and has a large selection, staff is helpful. What's missing is maybe a snack between lunch and dinner, because they only give fruit and ice cream. Overall good atmosphere

I had a lovely holiday in your hotel Everything was really good !! Special thanks to your staff : Nikoleta, Anisa, Ivana,Aman, Mike , Dimitri (the young one) , Iannis ! Very profesional , with a friendly smile and always helpful ! The chefs are great , they delighted us with traditional food , see fruits, salmon, chineze and italian couisine , all cooked with extreme attention and soul ! The cleaning staff super ok , daily and carrefully cleaning ! Many surprises !! An intimate beach , with flowers , dinner by the ocean acrobatic water dance ! Can't wait to go back there !
