Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

I stayed here for 10 nights with my husband and son, the location was good in walking distance from the beach and bars. Even though it says it is a 5 star hotel, I wouldn't say it's a 5 star hotel I would say it's a 3 star at best. The room was clean and comfortable just what we needed although the sofa bed my son slept on was rather squeaky needed a bit of WD 40 on it. The know bar was great we spent most of our evenings here, Nikoleta and Mike were amazing they were very attentive and were very friendly, happy, always smiling. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. The burgers at the know bar were amazing the best food we had eaten whilst we were there. The food was average at best, same sort of food every day. Snack bar was only an hour a day. There wasn't any daytime entertainment which was quite disappointing, so it was very quiet and the evening entertainment was ok a couple of times at the beach bar there was music and singers.

Piacevole e rilassante, ma migliorabile

Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Pasti abbastanza vari e all inclusive ben organizzato. Struttura molto vicina alle zone di movida e bene servite

Cons:

La piscina principale è molto bella, con sdraio comode, ma numericamente insufficienti e senza controllo sull’occupazione dei posti disponibili (molte persone occupavano il posto senza essere fisicamente in piscina, nonostante fosse vietato). La seconda piscina, più piccola, ha sdraio fatiscenti. Inoltre in entrambe le piscine sono vietati i tuffi, ma nessuno controllava o riprendeva chi li faceva.
L’hotel non dispone di accesso esclusivo alla spiaggia né è possibile prenotare lettini nelle zone attrezzate.

Wonderful hotel! The hotel is in a great location, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
A special thanks to Fotini at the bar for her warm hospitality, and to the manager, Dimitris, for making our stay even more enjoyable

Pros:

Great location! While the hotel is a bit dated, it has a really good atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the restaurant is definitely the highlight. The food is amazing, the staff is great, and the restaurant manager is fantastic—incredibly helpful and attentive to all the guests.

Pros:

Currently staying here, it’s a busy hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dimitris! There is plenty of choice of food and it’s always hot with meat and fish cooked fresh. Sunbeds are very comfy by the main pool. So far so good!

He is exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about every single guest. The entire staff is professional and welcoming, and the daily housekeeping is flawless. Great experience, nice vacation
Pros:

Location is perfect, in the center of the old city, close to the city, in one minute to the beach, we enjoyed the evenings at the beach bar with life music (by the way… do not hesitate for all inclusive guests to book a dinner at the beach bar), good food including variety of specialities, good service and very helpful staff.
