Se cercate una spa questa struttura non fa per voi , ha una sauna e un area dove stendersi in silenzio e basta , si viene tratti in inganno quando si prenota scrivendo “spa inclusa” paghi più del dovuto magari anche per questo aspettandosi qualcosa di più sostanziale ma era veramente molto al di sotto le aspettative , ho pagato 850€ per 4 giorni per una coppia , quando sono entrato nella spa il primo giorno ho subito notato delle persone completamente senza vestiti come se nulla fosse quindi se siete in coppia vi sconsiglio altamente questo posto per via del fatto che tutto questo è altamente volgare e reso normale da loro , dopo solo aver visto tutto questo il primo giorno non ho più usato la “spa “ se si può chiamare tale , dopo aver constatato tutto questo che tra l’altro non era stato specificato nell’annuncio iniziale e neanche nelle e-mail di conferma , mi sono recato alla reception per chiedere spiegazioni e mi è stato detto che è tutto normale ! Dopo aver spiegato che per chi non viene dal posto non potrà mai essere normale come cosa e che deve essere specificato mi è stato dato un contentino due buoni per bere un drink al bar , questo per loro è stato il loro scusarsi per questo ma a me non è sceso l’avvenimento e quindi ho chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite e-mail ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta dall’hotel , quindi attenzione al cliente pari a 0 , per me pessimo soggiorno dopo aver pagato una tale cifra per soli 4 giorni !

Sehr ansprechendes modernes Hotel mit nettem Personal! Sehr sauberes und komfortables Zimmer (Standard). Wellnessbereich sehr sauber, modern. Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl an Qualitäts-Produkten und vielfältig! Immer aufgefüllt! Frühstück bis 11:00, trotzdem wurde nach 11: 00 noch nett angeboten, sich etwas zu holen, da man das Buffet dann schließt! Wie gesagt nettes Personal! Gratis Parkplätze vorhanden! Dieses Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Perfect stay
Pros:

We stopped at the hotel for an overnight stay during a long journey. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Parking was hassle-free and included in the room rate. Check-in was quick, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients, a great selection, and delicious coffee. We will definitely be back, as the location is also ideal for a longer stay.
