I had an excellent stay at Landmark Amman Hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman. The hotel is in a convenient location, the facilities are well maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. My room was quiet, spacious, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, courteous, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service. Their professionalism and warm hospitality created an atmosphere where I immediately felt valued as a guest.
I would especially like to recognize Salama from the concierge team. I greatly appreciated his exceptional support and professionalism. He took the time to understand how he could best assist me, always asking before helping rather than making assumptions. He was consistently available whenever I needed assistance—all while respecting my independence.
Salama's kindness, patience, and attention to detail made a meaningful difference to my stay. He demonstrated the highest standards of hospitality, showing genuine care while maintaining complete professionalism. His approach gave me confidence and allowed me to enjoy my stay comfortably and independently.
I also found the hotel to offer excellent value for the quality of service and accommodation provided. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable, and especially to Salama for going above and beyond.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient—without a doubt one of the fastest and easiest check-ins I’ve ever experienced.
The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, modern, and well maintained, making the overall stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Omar at the reception. He was exceptionally polite, elegant in his manner, professional, and genuinely helpful. I trusted him to receive a package on my behalf and gave him the payment for it. He handled everything flawlessly and returned everything to me with complete professionalism and honesty. His service truly stood out and reflects very highly on the hotel.
My reservation did not include breakfast, so I can’t personally comment on the food. However, judging by the outstanding standards of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel, I would expect the dining experience to be just as excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again
