الفندق راقي جداً ، كل شيء مميز ، الموقع هادئ وقريب من شارع العبدلي وممشى البوليفارد، استقبال الريسبشن وخدماته رائعة مع الموظفة جوان، واستلمت الغرفة بمجرد وصولي صباحاً، الغرفة واسعة ومريحة جداً وخدمة الغرف أكثر من رائعة بوجود الموظف وسام منصور ، أما الإفطار فكان خارج نطاق حجزي ولكني تناولت وجبة الإفطار في آخر يومين والبوفيه لذيذ بتنوع أطباقه، والخدمة أكثر من رائعة، بوجود طاقم المطعم بإدارة السيد محمد قطاوي، جميع موظفون الفندق بشوشين ومرنين في التعامل من بداية دخولك للفندق مع موظفين الأمن الخارجي وصولاً للاستقبال والغرف وجميع الخدمات
لا شيء يذكر ، كل شيء أعجبني في الفندق وسيكون خياري الأول في الزيارة القادمة بإذن الله

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their excellent service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Landmark Hotel Amman. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a classic atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall environment is welcoming.
I would like to share one important concern regarding the breakfast buffet staff. Unfortunately, their behavior significantly affected the dining experience. They tend to stand very close to guests while they are serving themselves, constantly watching them, which feels uncomfortable and intrusive. In addition, they often talk loudly and laugh among themselves, creating an unprofessional atmosphere during breakfast.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback into consideration. A little more professionalism, respect for guests’ personal space, and friendlier interaction would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Despite this issue, I still appreciate the hotel and hope to see this aspect improved in the future.
