It was in a central location with good views of the city. Breakfast was superb, a good variety of dishes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and very spacious with a sitting area.
It was a little out of the way to walk to the nearest mall for shopping. not many amenities like pharmacies near to the hotel.

The reason for my low review is primarily that the hotel is under significant demolition and renovation which affect the facilities and create noise. On our last night in this hotel the construction noise went on until 1:30am! We started to contact the hotel from 8pm but the noise continued. The front desk was not very helpful and only when our guide became involved did we learn that the noise was going to continue past midnight as the builders were under contract to work until then. They initially offered moving us to the adjoining room which would have been noisy and only after our guide became involved did they offer to relocate us to another part of the hotel. By this time it was almost 11pm and we were in bed with an early morning transfer to the airport. I therefore recommend avoiding the hotel until the renovations are complete.
Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception area is not very attractive and the front desk is not overly welcoming. There is no concierge nor information available in the room on the hotel’s amenities. Breakfast is good though there are limited other dining options and no cafe/bar for a drink or snack.

I was in 12th floor it was a cafeteria on top of me. It was a lot of noises up to 230 in the morning I couldn’t sleep I called the front desk a few times to make a complaint but the noise never stopped You are preparing the cafeteria or the restaurant for the next day and I have to move and a switch hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning.

This was a one-time stay and will not be repeated due to the hot rooms and the forced heating system in all rooms.
In addition, the room service was very poor and slow, with no prompt response from the staff.
It’s a lot fancier than it seems
It’s currently under some renovation, but that wasn’t a big deal in terms of peace of mind. It’s understandable.
