El hotel tiene un prestigio ganado - es un hotel de cadena, que normalmente tiende a funcionar bien. Instalaciones amplias, aunque el gimnasio se veía viejo.
Uno se hospeda en hoteles de cinco estrellas por la seguridad, entre otros factores. Olvidé una ropa de baño e inmediatamente me comuniqué con el hotel para que me guarden la prenda. Me indicaron que la habían encontrado y que así lo harían. Tomé el hotel a pesar de vivir en Lima porque llegó familia de visita. Fui dos días después a recoger mi ropa de baño y me doy con la sopresa de que no estaba. Me hicieron esperar más de una hora. Tras presentar el reclamo, personal de gerencia concluyó que el front desk en efecto me dio información presuntamente falsa. Mi ropa de baño, regalo de mi hermana y con valor emocional, no estaba. Quedaron en llamarme a ofrecerme una compensación por el robo de mi prenda, fuera del mal manejo de parte del personal de front desk pero nunca recibí dicha comunicación. Dudo que continúe hospedando a mis familiares ahí, porque claramente la seguridad y el manejo de personal han caído.

The whole staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Specially Pablo from the reception he gave us great recommendations of things to do, to eat and how to get to places in a walking distance.
Good hotel but a lil bit outdated. The new beds can be purchased for making the experience better. Thanks. Overall very good. The stuff is amazing !

The location. I liked the fact they have a steam room and a sauna HOWEVER the pool is on the first floor WAY TOO FAR from this amenities. Really inconvenient.
The miscommunication between staff and the bathtub was so dangerous to get in and out. Literally has a glass panel on the way and could be very slippery and just inconvinient.
Great breakfast. Great snacking and drinks session. Slippers. Cake left in room. They really know what a 5 star service should mean. We stayed in "The Level" floors. Which is a bit more expensive, and which I recommend strongly, the advantages more than pay for themselves. Probably the most five star of five star hotels I've ever stayed in.
