A+ to everything with the exception of the 9th floor.
Pros:

Cons:

9th floor had very limited food and alcohol options for an “open bar”. Stick to first floor restaurant.

A lot right, but also a lot wrong. A few simple touches and some training would make it much better

The room was amazing! We both booked a suite and it was great value. Lovely little touches including macaroons on arrival and a phone call to the room after check in to see if everything was OK, amazing dinner

Cons:

Communication in essence, the fact that the spa is not really a spa, the restaurant, whilst the food was excellent had no ambience - dim the lighting, put up some artwork and a few more plants would make it much more inviting. The team need to be empowered to handle complaints, when we provided feedback it was just met with lots of apologies but no attempt to compensate, a free drink would have been all it took. In addition the door keys inevitably didn't work resulting in numerous trips downstairs

Pros:

Great hotel with sauna, gym etc. that is free. Massages are not free, but they are affordable.

Cons:

The pool is outside and with Lima's weather it was impossible to use it.
