Me encanto desde que llegue muy amables en la habitación habia un plato con alfajores y un letrero de bienvenidos la piscina temperada toallas de piscina limpias la habitacion comoda amplia muy limpio todo me gusto mucho fue una estancia comoda y tranquila. Zona tranquila cerca habia farmacias restaurantes transportes me gusto mucho.
Me gustó que la cama sea cómoda y el cuarto espacioso.
La habitación tenía un leve olor a humedad

A mi mami no le gustó la cena. Particularmente a mi me pareció un poco pesada para la noche. Debí prestar atencion y no comprar.
Que hubiera mas variedad de entradas para que mi mami pueda pedir.
El postrecito bien rico los alfajorcitos y el desayuno bien rico .

The room was amazing! We both booked a suite and it was great value. Lovely little touches including macaroons on arrival and a phone call to the room after check in to see if everything was OK, amazing dinner
Communication in essence, the fact that the spa is not really a spa, the restaurant, whilst the food was excellent had no ambience - dim the lighting, put up some artwork and a few more plants would make it much more inviting. The team need to be empowered to handle complaints, when we provided feedback it was just met with lots of apologies but no attempt to compensate, a free drink would have been all it took. In addition the door keys inevitably didn't work resulting in numerous trips downstairs
Great hotel with sauna, gym etc. that is free. Massages are not free, but they are affordable.
The pool is outside and with Lima's weather it was impossible to use it.
