Very strategic location to most location..Simple buffet breakfast..Staff very approachable
The toilet don't need a bathtub..i brought elderly mum & my pregnant wife, my concern is their safety crossing the bathtub, the risk for falling is high...tats my only concern...other than that, my stay at ap premier was fabulous

I love the hotel, very family oriented, security did very well in checking every vehicle that entered the hotel premises.
Staff was great especially Berli. Who always never fails to smile at every customer.she is very friendly, talks politely. She is very kind to my kids. Her smile always makes my day. Everytime i go for my breakfast at the smoking corner, i only see her taking the initiative of clearing the plates and cups.Thank you berli.
Breakfast was not bad. I love the fresh nasi/mee goreng. Selection is there. But for some reason i just feel it is lacking of something. But none the less. It was good.
Convenient as transport provided for pick up and send off to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was also good with a variety of spreads.
Sent messages through the booking.com chat but only received a reply once. Had to call the hotel to pick up from the ferry terminal even though I had provided the details 2 days prior to arrival. My two previous stays were good as messages were replied promptly. Aircon in the room was too cold, the termostat does not seem to work.
Room was spacious and clean. comfortable bed, nice staff and plenty of choices for breakfast. I definitely will be back to this hotel. They also took the iniative to sent cute christmas cake to all room.
No iron in the room, you have to request for it. The bathroom was weird but later I was told it ws by mistake as the room was supposed to be for disable/ old tenants
