Overall, my husband and I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel in accordance with my conference and time spent in Dallas. I liked the included breakfast each morning.

Cons:

The card key seemed a little "janky" to the room. It worked, but wasn't consistent when opening. The facilities weren't the cleanest and the staff sometimes didn't seem friendly.

Easy, convenient, accommodating and comfortable stay!!!! 10/10 recommend!
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff! Ample parking per room! Clean and lovely rooms! Amazing breakfast that was replenished to make sure everyone eats. Great elevators that moved quickly. Convenient location!

Pros:

Stayed for the basketball. Short walk to the stadium. Staff were friendly

The place is clean , but I still feel violated
Pros:

Clean. Good breakfast

Cons:

I had an incident with my young Daughter waking up to a maintenance man with a toilet brush in his hand, standing in our room. He said he was called to fix the toilet, we never called, the desk manager tried to make LOTS of excuses, but Nothing he could’ve said would’ve made it excusable.
