It was very disappointing.
Pros:

Not much of anything about the room.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Linen was dirty on bed.Had to have management change the linen 3 times before they got it halfway right.

No need to spend a fortune for a hotel in Waco! This one is comfy, quiet and a good value.
Pros:

The king size bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. Shower was good with good water pressure. I loved the fact that it didn't have carpet! Staff was friendly at check-in. A bit on the outskirts of town but it was easy to get everywhere.

Cons:

The only negative was the room smelled strongly of cleaning products the first day.

waco stay
Pros:

it was close to my venue. the ac works great. quiet even though by a major road

Cons:

the shower didn't spray good. even when I adjusted the shower head.

breakfast was out when I got there at 8 am. coffee was warm

Nice overnight stay while we visited Waco.
Pros:

Great location for our visit to Waco. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and property is well kept. Great price.
