I stayed 32 years ago in that hotel and now looks about the same. It hasn’t been updated. The room had noises in the roof like animals waking. The staff said there were pigeons. The hotel needs to be remodeled
Hotel cómodo, seguro, completo y muy seguro el área donde está ubicado. Te ofrecen servicio de taxi si requieres y, de no tener pesos colombianos, te pueden recargar dicho servicio a tu habitación para cancelar al momento del check out. Personal muy atento en todo momento
Not a luxury hotel. Mediocre breakfast. Very loud music from lobby bar traveled up to rooms past bedtime hours
Friendly staff, good food, great lovation.
I am so disappointed of my stay. Since the first night we had situations. We was moved from rooms and still went through too many things. Both rooms were very dirty, Jacuzzi was very dirty, filled with mold in all keys. It wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it not once. No hot water and 3 day out of 6 we had no water at all. I had to bath with a bucket of cold water after a day in a 1/2 of me fighting for water and got two buckets. Then they said the water would be back a certain time and when it came my husband and I jumped in to shower, not knowing that as we were soaping the water left again. I am very upset and would like a refund back. I had to clean and scrub in my vacation. I had to buy water and incurred in expenses because of all this that weren’t part of the vacation. I requested a refund and all they kept telling me was that they have to contact Expedia to do so. I hope I get some kind of refund.
Comfortable and clean beds. Rooms are pretty spacious, however, it is a little outdated with light being deficient and ceilings low. Location is super safe and convenient

Todo bien
Una habitación muy cómoda y bien equipada para todo lo que necesite realizar, el espacio y equipamiento permite quedarse en la habitación solo en descanso o planificación, con sus 2 ambientes no sientes necesidad de salir.
El personal se encarga de atenderte de una forma increíble y obsequiaron una sesión de masaje relajante que fue inesperada y muy bien aprovechada.
El servicio de desayuno tenía lo básico y necesario, pudiesen elevar la calidad de lo alimentos que ofrecen y más variedad.
Al final huevos, pan y café resuelven eso o los cereales con leche. Puede haber más.
Volvería a visitarlos si tuviese la oportunidad
This hotel has great customer service. The rooms are spacious, especially the junior suites. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. However, the hotel needs to be renovated (very dated).

Everything about the hotel is very good, except their coffee at the breakfast. I like mine strong, and considering that I’m in Colombia it shouldn’t be to hard. Besides that, I can highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel needs improvement and it’s a not acceptable to shut down the water service….
