It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff and the location is one of the best features of the hotel. Beds are nice and rooms are quite big
The night lamps were not screwed properly and because of this they did not work. We asked multiple times to fix them, but they never did. The room had some insects (beetles) that also we asked for two days to clean and only did them the second time we asked and lastly, the breakfast was simple for the price of the rooms.
Our door had a hole where the peak hole is located so we could hear everything that happened in the hall

Tuve que salir muy temprano, y el personal del restaurante tuvo la amabilidad de abrirme el servicio de desayuno 20 minutos antes de lo habitual. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Todo estuvo excelente durante mi estancia en este hotel. ¡Muchas gracias por la atención!

Buen desayuno y ubicación
No salía casi agua caliente, las puertas del balcón no cerraba bien, se ve algo descuidado
Espaçosa, com uma ante sala antes do quarto, o que é muito agradável pois estávamos em 3 pessoas e era possível sair do quarto para conversar na sala.

Excelente hotel, habitación muy, muy amplia, camas muy cómodas, todo limpio, el personal impecable, amables y llanos a responder todo. Agradecer de forma especial a Michelle, Andrés y Jeison. Quienes nos orientaron y ayudaron en todo momento. Todo perfecto desde la llegada hasta la salida del hotel. Felicidades para todos. Esperamos volver pronto.
El poco tiempo que tuve, encantado, me hubiese quedado más días...
La zona donde se encuentra es muy callada durante las noches no hay ruido, ideal para descansar despues de una jornada laboral.
Aunque en terminos generales el hotel esta bien tenido tiene algunos detalles como el salon cambridge el cual debes cruzar para tomar el ascensor, este espacio se ve muy abandonado
Estaba muy bien ubicado y el personal muy atento y amable.
La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y la decoración, mobiliario está muy viejo y pasado de moda.

Solo comí una noche y me enfermé, la comida fue terrible. Me enfermé del estómago. Entiendo que ahora es un concesionario, antes era rica y fresca. El intercomunicador de la habitación estaba malogrado; tenía que bajar para pedir lo que necesitaba. No hay servicio en la noche ni café en la habitación, es decir, te tienes que congelar o pedir por Rappi. Tuve que recordarles que limpiaran mi habitación y quisieron limpiar por la tarde cuando yo ya estaba en ella.
