Très très furieuse

Bonjour,

Je fais suite à votre réponse concernant mon séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Hyères Centre.

À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté la présence de taches de sang sur les draps, ce qui constitue un manquement grave aux règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. Cette situation est inacceptable et indigne des standards du groupe Accor.

Je précise également que j’étais accompagnée de mes enfants, ce qui rend cette situation encore plus choquante et inacceptable. Il est impensable de se retrouver dans ce type de conditions, surtout en famille.

Bien que les draps aient été changés après mon signalement et qu’un remboursement ait été effectué, cela ne suffit pas à compenser le préjudice subi. J’ai été contrainte de séjourner dans une chambre initialement insalubre, ce qui a fortement impacté mon confort et mon sentiment de sécurité.

Attention hygiène dans la salle de bain

La propreté qui laisse a désirer surtout la salle de bain et le check Up tardif qui a decale et chamboulé tout notre programme le réceptionniste a eu la délicatesse de nous proposer un cocktail ou une demi journee supplémentaire au bord de la piscine mais ça a plombé notre weekend nous étions venus pour une activité particulière que nous avons rate car le chekin 45 min de retard

Cons:

Nous n'avons eu d'eau chaude pendant notre week-end et on a eu un avoir par booking de 18euros
L'eau chaude est une base d'un hôtel a 210 euros la nuit, appelé plusieurs fois l'accueil
Dommage pourtant je suis a l'hôtel tout les week-end mais ça ne met jamais arrivé sans une bonne douche chaude

Probably the fairest thing to say was that the Hotel is in need of an uplift / investment of some kind - it is ok for a very short stay but not much more

Cons:

Shower was probably the worst I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere in the world - bathroom and toilet generally were below average

Séjour de 2 nuits agréable avant de rejoindre l’île de Porquerolles
