Cons:

Le personnel de la réception et du Spa ont été très mal polis et agressifs. Au lieu d'expliquer correctement leur normes, ils m'ont directement accusé en face des autres clients et du personnel. C'est la troisième fois que j'y vais et à chaque fois ils sont désagréables. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Una agradable estancia
Pros:

La atención del personal, instalaciones, ubicación, el spa. La habitación era cómoda y con buena iluminación.

Cons:

El baño nos resultó incómodo por la distribución con una puerta que aislaba el wc.

Cons:

Blåsta på frukosten, trots betalning för det, pga felaktig info från personal, eller bara okunnig personal. De är tysta trots 2 kontaktförsök. Riktigt dålig policy!!
