Une personne nous est passée devant, ainsi que devant d’autres personnes à l’accueil, sans aucune raison particulière. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé au personnel, on nous a simplement répondu qu’ils n’avaient pas fait attention.
La habitación cuadruple es increíble y su ubicación tambien.

Os funcionários são sempre simpáticos e estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar os clientes com as suas questões. A localização excelente e a disponibilidade de estacionamento no próprio edifício.
O equipamento já começa a acusar algum cansaço.

El spa no tiene barandilla para bajar a la piscina , estaria muy bien ponerla para persona con mobilidad reducida

Vraisemblablement un problème avec la moquette
L’hôtel a camouflé la mauvaise odeur en shampouinant juste avant notre arrivée mais l’odeur est réapparu la nuit
Impossible de dormir j’ai eu la nausée toute la nuit
Le fait que l’hôtel est choisi de masquer l’odeur pour qu’il n’y est pas de contestation à l’arrivée est absolument inacceptable
Hotel muy céntrico. Los colchones y cojines muy cómodos. La habitación insonorizada. Las instalaciones con yacuzi y piscina interior. Tiene parquing . El desayuno impresionante, es bufet libre, el comedor de lujo. Para comer íbamos al bufet del Novotel que está al lado mismo. La comida con mucha variedad de carnes y pescados.
Los enchufes en la habitación son muy escasos. Si tienes que conectar dos móviles , el reloj, una tablet…

Donde el restaurante me hicieron pagar un menú de 25€ por mi hija de 6 años que solo se comió 2 nuggets.. tendría que a ver menú infantil, lo ví precio desorbitado para una niña!!
el baño pequeño, deficiencias en el mismo baño (falta de jabon y no funcionamiento y luces de la habitacions fundidas o no funcionaban)
