Desayuno mala calidad, piezas antiguas con alfombra pese al aseo diario junta polvo, solicitamos cambio habitación por error en el número de camas y la Suite tenía muy mal olor por lo que continuamos en la pieza de camas separadas sin opción de cambio a otra pieza. Avisamos que hay un motor con sonido afuera constante toda la noche fuimos ignorados.

Les équipements : la piscine, la salle de sport, la salle de jeux pour les enfants et le petit plus, les terrains de padel sur le toit !
Mes enfants ont adoré !

Cons:

La déco et la peinture un peu vieillotte ! Mais cela n’enlevait rien au confort.

Decent stay for a small family in the heart of Andorra
Pros:

The pool is nice and the sauna/steam room. The room for 4 people was a great size. It had one double bed, 2 singles, and a sitting room. It was a good size for a small family. Be aware the 2 twin beds are pushed together and can’t really be separated. It was a good location if you want to be in the city.

Cons:

The rooms are VERY dated and in need of renovation. The rooms were a bit too warm and not much way to control the temperature. The spa/pool area requires coins to put things in the lockers which isn’t very convenient. The 2 hot tubs were not working.

Enfin, la **propreté de l'établissement** est irréprochable, ce qui contribue grandement à une expérience agréable.

En ce qui concerne les aspects négatifs de l'hôtel, je n'ai vraiment rien à signaler. Tout a été impeccable ! L'hôtel est super, et j'ai apprécié chaque moment de mon séjour. Je n'ai aucune critique à faire.

Très grosse déception.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel en avance, pensant profiter de prestations à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Malheureusement, je me suis vite rendu compte qu’il s’agissait plutôt d’un établissement bas de gamme, accessible à tout public, bien loin du standing attendu.

L’espace spa/détente annoncé n’a rien de relaxant : on se croirait dans une piscine municipale. Ambiance extrêmement bruyante, cris d’enfants (je ne comprends même pas qu’ils soient autorisés dans ce type d’espace censé être calme), adultes tout aussi bruyants… Les panneaux « silence » ne servent visiblement à rien, et aucune surveillance n’est assurée pour faire respecter les règles.

La chambre est plus petite que ce que laissent penser les photos. Mais le pire reste la nuit : réveillées à 5h du matin par des voisins de palier complètement ivres et très bruyants. L’hôtel n’est pas responsable de leur comportement, mais clairement de l’isolation phonique inexistante.

Nous avons tenté de leur demander de faire moins de bruit, sans succès. Nous avons ensuite contacté la réception, mais cela n’a rien changé : le vacarme a continué, et pour finir, des personnes sont même venues toquer à notre porte.

Le lendemain, j’ai demandé un geste commercial à l’accueil. On m’a simplement répondu de remplir un formulaire… que je devais envoyer moi-même. Aucune prise en charge sur place, aucun réel sens du service client.

Le service est très décevant, et les prestations ne sont absolument pas dignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Expérience très négative.
