Son emplacement proche du port pour embarquer pour la corse
Tout était parfait
Le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 6h ce qui est déjà très bien mais les bateaux partant à 8h avec un embarquement au plus tard 7h vu l’attente le petit dej servi à 5h30 serait mieux car on a pas pu déjeuner alors que cela était compris dans le tarif ou alors avoir le choix de le prendre ou pas
Ma fille et moi avons adoré notre séjour, la piscine, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel merci a Mireya pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Toulon

L’amabilité du personnel
Pas de frigo dans la chambre ni de poubelle (à part la salle de bain)
Le personnel du bar, de la réception. Et la jeune femme qui nous a proposé des jeux pour nos petits enfants étaient super. La piscine sympa.
Le restaurant et son surtout son serveur un blond a lunettes exécrable et qui nous a pris de haut nous traitant presque de menteur et a failli me faire perdre mon fair Play ! 1h30 d'attente avec notre petite fille de 4 ans notamment. On a jamais eu les boissons pas le dessert dans notre formule....lamentable et cela a gâché le séjour. Monsieur le serveur quand on traite les gens comme vous le faites changez de métier et cela dessert la réputation de l'hôtel qui vous fait travailler. Manque de personnel au restaurant on les a plaint ! La proximité de l'autoroute n'est pas suffisamment signalée nous en avons été surpris....

La chambre donnée n’avait pas été faite : lit ouvert , mouchoirs par terre , serviettes partout …
2 eme chambre : panne de Clim. A la demande de dédommagement la réceptionniste me répond qu’elle ne peut rien faire .
Dommage de si mal recevoir les clients ou tout du moins de ne pas avoir une approche commerciale . J’attends encore
