Hemos pasado unos dias en familia, todo perfecto. La piscina, zona para niños, ubicación, trato del personal del hotel… muy bien

Correcto para ir en familia, sin más pretensiones.
Pros:

La ubicación está bien, cerca de la oficina de turismo al lado del rio. A pocos metros de Pyrenees y de la Avda Carlemany y Meritxell. El desayuno no está mal. Hay agua de cortesía en la nevera, y para hacer té gratis en la habitación. La cama principal es cómoda. Justo al lado hay un parking exterior (de pago por supuesto) para valorar si el del hotel está completo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, la moqueta es de otro siglo, y da la sensación de poco higiénico aunque lo esté. Con lo que cobran los hoteles en Andora deberían de actualizarse. En la cama tipo sofá cama, hay mantas de las antiguas, de esas horriblemente incómodas. El parking muy caro y estrecho, pero eso no es nada nuevo en Andorra.

Su ubicación es muy buena el personal es amable

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas la moqueta de las habitaciones está bastante manchada ya. El spa que ofertan no está en el mismo hotel, sino en el colindante es un poco incómodo si no te secas bien el pelo y hace frío.. etc. Los colchones bastante duros y las almohadas un poco finas
