Breakfast was first rate with all aspects covered. Exceptional. Location was exceptional with walkability to key points. Room size and bathroom were excellent as was view.
Gym situations was odd next door in another hotel and equipment was a jumble and not user friendly. Ended up spending money to go elsewhere.
El servicio la piscina
En la segunda habitación faltaba escritorio la caja fuerte estaba muy caliente porque debajo estaba la nevera el jacuzzi falta la baranda
Su ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad, además el personal encantador
Trato del personal
Aire acondicionado ruidoso,moqueta del suelo para combiar y soporte alcachofa suelto que se cayo encima de la cabeza
El desayuno buffet divino. La ubicación en el centro perfecta y con parquing por 27 euros en el mismo hotel, muy correcto el personal y limpieza excelente. Cabe destacar que me dejaron dejar el coche en el parking para hacer unas compras casi 1h30 después del cheking.
No es que no me gustara, el hotel el del año 92 y está un pelín anticuado sobretodo los baños y las moquetas, pero por los demás excelentes.
La ubicación, todo el personal, el desayuno, el spa, la cama super cómoda, el sofa cama de mi hijo super cómodo, todo, un gran hotel calidad precio, el parking super bien de precio, porque los parking exteriores son más caros, lo están reformando y nos tocó una habitación ya reformada y super bien, enhorabuena Novotel Andorra.
Nada, pero por decir algo a mejorar, el aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido. Todo lo demás es perfecto.

Estaban en obras, a las 7 de la mañana ya empezavan a destruir la tercera planta, no descansamos nada, muy muy mal
Como siempre, la localización del hotel, el trato, y escuchar el rio.
Siempre vamos al mismo hotel, porque me encanta el spa y tiene una sauna espectacular.
Lo malo es, q esta vez no estaba en funcionamiento y no se nos informó. La verdad que me molesto bastante.
