La ubicación está genial y la chica de pelo rubio que hace turno de mañana en recepción es super maja y resolutiva.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado pequeña para dos personas y ademas hacia un calor dentro horrible, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y ni aun asi se estaba agusto. El parking es demasiado estrecho y las plazas muy pequeñas pero se puede aparcar en la zona azul fácilmente. Se paga la marca NH.

One of the two rooms was dirty with hairs, windows dirty, very old and dark rooms. The nice thing of the room was the shower. Beds were comfortable. We spent a lot so we expected something different.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro, lo que permite desplazarse a pie a prácticamente cualquier lugar. Las habitaciones están cuidadas y resultan cómodas; la cama es especialmente cómoda y el baño está bien equipado.

Cons:

Admiten perros, aunque aplican un suplemento de 25 € por noche sin ofrecer servicios adicionales específicos (como cuenco o cama para mascotas). En general, la estancia es correcta, aunque la relación calidad-precio resulta algo elevada.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Nos hemos alojado 3 noches en la Semana Santa de 2026, y desde luego muy contentos con nuestra elección. La ubicación es excepcional, a mi juicio está muy céntrico tanto del faro del cabo mayor como para el barrio pesquero. Idóneo para quienes quieran conocer Santander bordeando la costa. Lugar muy limpio y acogedor. El desayuno bufet libre muy bueno, amplia variedad. Las camas muy cómodas. En cuanto al estacionamiento, el hotel tiene parking propio pero son 20 plazas. Si está libre cuando llegas, puedes entrar (17€ la noche) pero no te reservan el espacio. Si vas y está ocupado, puedes ir a un parking colaborador en 300 metros por 13€ la noche.

Sin duda, contaremos con volver aquí cuando vayamos de nuevo a Santander.

Cons:

El sistema de climatización de la habitación estaba puesto en modo invierno por central y, por tanto, aunque podías seleccionar la temperatura en la habitación, no salía frío. Queríamos poner un poco de aire acondicionado porque hacía mucho calor y fue imposible, y al abrir la ventana se oía mucho el ruido de la calle así que dormimos con algo de calor.
