Localização privilegiada para quem quer ficar perto da praia e da agitação. Quarto grande e completo.

Goede locatie, wel erg gehorig
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, vlakbij het strand en restaurants.de kamer was erg groot.

Cons:

Het hotel is super gehorig. Met enkel glas ramen komt al het geluid van buiten vol naar binnen en gesprekken uit andere kamers zijn te volgens via de ventilatieroosters.

I really loved the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walking we get at the beach area with a lot of options of restaurants around and also at the beach. I loved the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, shower with good temperature and spray of water, and also the staff people, they are super welcoming.

Cons:

If there’s a thing that I didn’t like is just the check in time, it’s til 10:30pm. My flight was at night and I also wasn’t able to do it

Pros:

Todos os anfitriões foram fantásticos! Atenciosos, pacientes (principalmente com o idioma) e muito educados.
O prédio é antigo mas acredito que seja uma característica da maioria dos hotéis da região, porém, o quarto nao deixa nada a desejar.
A localização é perfeita.

Cons:

Faltou apenas uma cozinha, refeição, venda de alguns snacks, bebidas ou algo do tipo. Por mais que tenha tudo perto e acessível as vezes é mais cômodo nao sair do hotel.
Pra mim não foi um problema, mas o acesso aos andares com as malas é pesado.

Muy correcto, céntrico, recepcionistas amables y buena relación calidad-precio

Muy buena predisposición de los recepcionistas, siempre amables y comunicativos. Nos han recibido estupendamente. La habitación en sí, aunque por ahí necesitaría alguna reforma, nos pareció confortable y cómoda, espaciosa. El hotel tiene servicio gratuito de toallas para la playa, lo cual se agradece. Limpieza correcta.

Cons:

Si bien la descripción lo indicaba, como una sugerencia positiva nos hubiera gustado que el hotel contara con desayuno, ya que tiene un espacio / comedor perfectamente adaptable a ello y hubiera facilitado por las mañanas no tener que salir a buscar dónde desayunar. Nuestra habitación contaba con cafetera lo cual ha ayudado en algunas ocasiones. Algo de ruido por las noches, propio de la zona. Por lo demás, nada de qué quejarnos.

Miami beach tra divertimento e Art Decò

A due passi dalla spiaggia e da Ocean Drive
Con bar e supermarket vicini, noleggio bici e taxi

Cons:

La struttura é molto bella, circondata da Art Decò ma è un po trascurata. Ci sono un po di crepe nelle pareti e la stanza necessiterebbe di un po di manutenzione. Il bagno funzionale ma decisamente vecchio.
La pulizia stanza é a richiesta ed é stata fatta senza problemi ma farei più attenzione a parti poco visibili dove l’accumulo di polvere diventa importante. Una nota specifica la facciamo sulla biancheria da bagno, pulitissima ma molto usurata (per i lavaggi frequenti ovviamente), alcune salviette e teli presentavano dei buchi.

The location was great.

Cons:

There was no elevator, the room was not really clean & it was dusty, the bed was not comfortable, the seating furniture was not comfortable, we never used the kitchen because when I went to turn on the light a roach ran across & behind the frig. After talking to the front desk I was told there was no hotel housekeeping to call because they all left before noon. As a result the counter clerk went and sprayed some bug spray. Based on the amount of money I paid for the room, I overpaid for this hotel and were never offered any compensation for our stay. Bookings photos are misleading. If you don't care about where you stay, don't mind bugs, and just want to stay close to the beach, then you'll be ok. Otherwise don't do it ! Don't waste your money !!
