Una muy grata experiencia, gente amable y cordial
Pros:

Principalmente la amabilidad del chico de la Recepcion, que lamentablemente no le pedí su nombre, pero la verdad que fue muy gentil, siempre siempre amable y cordial, también la ubicación, ya que es privilegiada para quienes queremos disfrutar de la noche de Miami y la cercanía con la playa , no puedo dejar pasar que la limpieza también fue una de las mejores cosas de este Hotel

Cons:

Qué no tuviese desayuno o que el alojamiento incluya desayuno, creo que es fundamental, daría lo mismo que uni tendría que pagar un poco más, pero que incluyera en el desayuno no tener que salir a tomarlo fuera eso sería ideal

Everything was great and when we are in south beach again, we will be staying here every time

I would stay there again but would request a bottom floor room.
Pros:

The Location was Everything! The Beach being across the street was Great and lots of Restaurants nearby! Decently priced.

Cons:

There was no elevator even though I was only on the second floor-If you have trouble doing stairs, it's a bit challenging with luggage, though the host did offer to take my luggage up for me.

Beautiful and accommodating
Pros:

Great location, two blocks from the beach, stores and bars near by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating during the entire time and even offered towels and umbrellas for the beach. Abundance of towels and toiletries supplied. Spacious and comfortable. Secure entrance and double locking doors. 24hour CVS Nextdoor and shops in walking distance. Overall a beautiful property with beautiful rooms.

Cons:

I didn’t have the wifi information in my room and had to get it from someone else. Phone signal was spotty, so would have been nice to have. No tissues in the room, but made do with toilet paper! Television channels were a bit had to navigate without a guide.

Doesn’t worse it’s money.
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Location is near the beach and clubs. Very noisy, till 3-4am music and cars are annoying. For this price I found it very expensive.
Rooms were not clean at all.
There was not even 1bottle of water in the room to drink:/

Location was great. It is two blocks from the beach and one block from all the vibes of ocean drive. Conveniently located to various I just restaurants.

The room itself is outdated but I was warned. I also didn't like the low water pressure from the shower.

Excelente ubicacion y comodidad.
Pros:

La ubicacion es increible. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurants y bares. Y sobre todo muy cerca de la playa .

Cons:

Que la recepecion no esta ahi todo el tiempo. Si estas muy temprano o muy tarde no hay quien te abra o te ayude.
