Prima, lekker ontbijt
Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en er was veel keus. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was een rare geur in de badkamer. Denk de geur van elektriciteit. Er lag veel stof onder de bedden. We hebben dit pas achteraf aangegeven. Als we dat meteen hadden gedaan, hadden ze er zeker wel wat mee gedaan.

Super leuk verblijf.
Pros:

Geen ontbijt genomen. Dat is persoonlijk. In een stad als Antwerpen is het leuk om bij verschillende bakkers/koffietentjes iets te nemen.
Kamer heel groot, antieke stijl. Vond ik wel leuk juist. Personeel heel hulpvaardig. Locatie was super, midden in de stad.

Mijn verblijf was helemaal in orde.
Pros:

Ontbijt zeer ok , eieren goed gebakken. Vriendelijk personeel vooral de chinese madam, een juweeltje.
Water en koffie in het salonnetje vooraan is een zeer aangename verrassing !

Cons:

Als ik iets kan opmerken is het de zware liftdeur als je met koffer moet in en uitstappen. Maar dit zal pas kunnen veranderen bij nieuwe lift.

Ottima colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione buona.

Cons:

La camera era priva di un vero impianto di climatizzazione: era presente solamente un condizionatore portatile, piuttosto rumoroso e utilizzabile esclusivamente tenendo la finestra aperta. Questo favoriva l’ingresso di zanzare nella camera, le quali hanno disturbato il nostro riposo; sui muri erano inoltre visibili diversi segni riconducibili a precedenti ospiti che avevano schiacciato delle zanzare.
Durante la prima doccia si è verificata una perdita d’acqua importante: l’acqua è fuoriuscita dalla zona doccia, allagando tutto il bagno e arrivando fino alla zona sotto il letto. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception. Ci è stato comunicato che il problema della doccia era già noto e che non sarebbe stato possibile risolverlo durante il nostro soggiorno; ci sono stati forniti solamente degli asciugamani per cercare di tamponare la perdita.
Controllando sotto il letto per verificare dove fosse arrivata l’acqua, abbiamo inoltre trovato una quantità considerevole di polvere e sporco. Abbiamo segnalato anche questo alla reception. Tuttavia, l’acqua rimasta sotto il letto non è stata asciugata e la zona sporca non è stata pulita.
Nel complesso, la camera ci è sembrata poco curata e la gestione del problema della doccia è stata particolarmente deludente, soprattutto considerando che il difetto era già noto alla struttura.
