Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr konfortabel und gross. Das Frührstück war ok. Der Lage ist super.

Cons:

Schade, dass der Pub geschlossen war und gerade renoviert wurde.

Bed comfortable and location is good.

Cons:

The hotel was 100% under construction when we arrived. Demolition of rooms that started before 7am every morning. We asked to change rooms due the the extreme smell of paint and loud noise. The hotel was not able to accommodate that change despite one of the guests having asthma!! WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY ABOUT THIS STAY! My family lives near by. We always stay here but will never again. The hotel should have contacted us in advance to let us now so we had a choice to stay somewhere else. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Pros:

La habitacion es confortable y la cama grande. El desayuno muy completo y el servicio muy bueno. un diez en la opinion de todos los miembros del grupo.

Cons:

la ubicacion esta un poco lejos de la estacion, hay que andar casi un kilometro y coincidimos con unos dias de temperaturas bajas, pero esto no esta en manos del hotel

Good value in proximity to Boston; not great experience but great value.
Pros:

Location is great, close to the city and affordable. Clean and comfy rooms, the beds are quite nice. Given a longer stay I would like to go to the gazebo on the water. Very quiet despite proximity to the highway.

Cons:

The omelets were so-so (suggest 50% American 50% cheddar cheeses instead of just American). Already paying for a room so complimentary parking should be included.

Overall, I had a good experience.
Pros:

Staff friendly. Room clean and breakfast had a range of choices.

Cons:

The heating /air conditioning system was noisey at night times. This led to poor sleep. Breakfast was busy due to not enough seatings.

Very disappointed. For the cost, a horrible value.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Room was tiny. The cushioned seat was so close to one side of the bed that exiting the bed was difficult. Upon entering the room, the tv was unplugged and the power cord was not long enough to reach the nearest electrical outlet. I called the front desk to report this. Was told maintenance would be by shortly to address. After an hour, I went down to the front desk to reiterate the problem. The Samsung remote control for the tv was unlike any remote i have ever encountered. We had to view a YouTube video on our iPad to determine how to use the remote. There was no ice machine on our floor and it appeared there was only one machine for all 3 floors. The floor on the elevator was filthy.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great location, pub has good food.
Pros:

The staff were so nice, breakfast was amazing, heater worked well.

Cons:

Finding it was a nightmare due to poor lighting and even more poor signage. Appears to be a pub instead of a hotel from the signs outside. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel the bars in the mattress.

The mouse in our room, bathroom not clean, beds not comfortable, laundry facility dryer did not work and you had to pay to park your car as a guest. They need to do better!!

Would not stay there again.
Cons:

Coffee was very weak. Very unimpressed with the food. Yogurt machine was only producing a tablespoon at a time. Table that was empty had not been wiped off. Egg omelet was not very good.
As we walked to the eating area, the carpet was squishy wet.
