Dirty lobby and over charging people based on how they look.
Pros:

Nothing I canceled because they were trying to put a 100 hold on my card. It didn't say anything on their website about that and booking.com customer service agent verified that as well.

Bed comfortable and location is good.

Cons:

The hotel was 100% under construction when we arrived. Demolition of rooms that started before 7am every morning. We asked to change rooms due the the extreme smell of paint and loud noise. The hotel was not able to accommodate that change despite one of the guests having asthma!! WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY ABOUT THIS STAY! My family lives near by. We always stay here but will never again. The hotel should have contacted us in advance to let us now so we had a choice to stay somewhere else. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
