The mattress was terrible; either it was prickly, or there were bedbugs that bit all night. There were no curtains, and the comfort was awful.

Las baldosas de la ducha tenían hongos, el hotel tiene mal olor general, el área de hidratación se mantenía sucia, las mesas llenas de vasos usados, había deterioro generalizado de las instalaciones, uno de los dos ascensores que utilizan estuvo fuera de servicio las dos noches que estuve allí; no repetiría la experiencia en el hotel y pagar más de 100 euros la noche por un hotel así me pareció exagerado y una pésima relación precio/valor.

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue with the hotel’s electricity supply. Throughout our stay, the power repeatedly went on and off, leaving us to endure several sleepless nights in the heat without air conditioning. Naturally, the lift was also out of service during the outages, meaning we had to climb several flights of stairs to reach our room.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled by the staff. Communication was poor, updates were virtually non-existent, and our concerns were met with a dismissive attitude. It was clear that staff were not equipped or trained to deal with a situation like this. Despite the significant disruption to our stay, no apology or form of compensation was offered. When we requested to speak to a manager about the matter, we were simply given an email address rather than being able to discuss the issue with someone directly.

We also asked reception to arrange a taxi to collect us from a remote event. The taxi never arrived, and it became apparent that the booking had not been made, leaving us to organise alternative transport ourselves.

There were a few additional disappointments. The television offered only Spanish-language channels, which limited its usefulness for international guests. It would also have been appreciated if the rooms had basic tea and coffee-making facilities.

Todos los días se ha ido en varias ocasiones la luz en el hotel.

I liked everything about it.

Me pareció caro para el estado de las instalaciones.
La distribución de la habitación: tenía una bañera en medio de la habitación, la ducha y el inodoro, separado por una mampara de cristal del resto de la habitación y el lavabo fuera. Muy poca intimidad. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido y rezumaba gotas de agua.
Poca limpieza sobre todo el baño. Gran araña en el ventanal por el que entraba muchísima luz porque las cortinas no son suficientes.

Durante el dia se fue la luz general 3 o 4 veces quedándose a oscuras todo el edificio y sin aire acondicionado. Por la noche a cada rato pasaba lo mismo, sin poder dormir mucho tiempo seguido a causas de los pitidos en los apagones y al volver la luz. Sin aire acondicionado mucho calor y las ventanas no se podían abrir porque daban a un patio interior con mucha suciedad y muy malas "pintas"

Se fue la luz 2 veces durante la tarde, por la mañana nos levantamos sin agua, pagamos por una habitación con bañera que no pudimos utilizar y el teléfono no funcionaba
