Eché de menos un espejo de cuerpo en la habitacion
El personal sin lugar a dudas tanto por la profesionalidad como el trato, inmejorable.
Las habitaciones, la reforma fue hecha con materiales no adecuados y lo peor es que no hay apenas mantenimiento. Las fotos están muy bien hechas pero la realidad es distinta. El lavamanos era raro tenerlo en la habitación
Location
Great location, clean, comfy. Our windows were facing square and we couldn’t hear anything from the outside. We were nicely surprised by small croissants and water as breakfast in front of the door every morning. Kind stuff. Free water, juice, coffee and some fruit in the lobby.
I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times when visiting friends in Tarragona and is perfect for a base to stay. Facilities are basic but rooms are clean and comfortable but the location is why I come here. It’s excellent and good value for money in my opinion. Will definitely come back

The most outstanding part of this experience was the front desk staff. Both young ladies were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags at reception as we arrived early. They offered us drinks (free in the lobby) The room was clean and well kept. we only stayed one night (prior to boarding a cruise) There was a parcel on the door in the morning with water and Croissants. They gave us a map of the town and advised on places to eat. (the market is across the square and Tapas food is fresh there every day.)

Quizá y sin que sea especialmente negativo, el cuarto de baño es muy pequeño.
Bien situado y el personal muy amable. Te dejan todas las mañanas una sorpresita en la puerta. Muy bien.
