Un très bon hôtel !

Le lieu en pleine nature, le confort du lit, la chambre grande, les équipements (très grande tv, ce qui est assez rare), le restaurant à l'excellente carte, le très bon et tres complet petit dej

Все могло би бути чудово, бо наче чистий новий готель, є басейн, жива музика, ресторан, чудовий інтер'єр все що потрібно для літнього відпочинку у Франції але з першої хвилини персонал поводився дуже не виховано! Ми вперше за сотні наших подорожей зустріли такий непривітний та неприємний персонал готелю саме на рецепції!

Персонал на рецепції просто жахливий! Абсолютно не допустимо ставини на рецепції таких людей! Коли ми зайшли і я спитала чи є вільний номер ( нас було 3 ) на мене стояла і дивилася дівчина ніби вона взагалі у не тверезому стані, нічого не відповідаючи, я аж перепитала чи це готель взагалі?! Бо виглядало так наче я прийшла до неї додому! Вона відповіла мені що все зайнято і вільних місць нема, нащо я при ній відкрила Booking і показало що є доступні номера , нащо вона відповіла що це якась помилка і все зайнято, жодного вільного номера! Ми вийшли на вулицю і я через Booking зарезервувала номер ми повернулися ( це буквально було 2 хв) і я показую їй резерву і вона наче бачить нас вперше оформляє нас і дає ключ від номера! Це був мій день народження і 6 година вечора і ми будучи з дитиною не хотіли тратити час на пошуки іншого готелю! Але настрій вже був зіпсований! І не хотілося вже жодного святкування! При виселені вже була інша дівчина , не привітна не усміхнена, але дякую хоть за те що не хамовита як попередня! не персонал а жах!

L’hotel est top, nous avons bien aimé tout, le petit dej, l’accueil, la piscine

Cons:

Bizarre mais il y a quelque chose avec le lit, une couverture en plastique qui fait qu’on transpire la nuit, s’était un peu désagréable sachant qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel haute gamme et qu’on veut bien dormir vu le prix

Escroquerie pour du 4 étoiles à 195 € la nuit.
Pros:

Cadre sympa

Cons:

200 € la chambre qui est loin d avoir une catégorie 4 étoiles.
Chambre des années 80 90...
Ça vaut un 3 étoiles et pas plus de 120€ la nuit.
Aucun geste commercial en plus!

Pros:

L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Tout est vieillot, mur, fissuré, odeur désagréable.

Cons:

Une arrivée tardive, l’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur difficile pour changer de chambre où les odeurs étaient insupportables, on a attendu plus d’une heure pour avoir une autre chambre à 3h du matin
