St Pierre’s never disappoints. Stay there regularly. Great staff, atmosphere, pool area, good food, gardens…

The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself was very dated and tired.

Excellent hotel. Slightly dated, but clean throughout.

From arrival, we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Reception, Restaurant, Breakfast and Leisure staff all very friendly and helpful

Good quality property with excellent spa and pool facilities. Staff give 100% and food was very tasty and well presented.

Rooms very clean and comfortable.
Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. Unfortunately the menu in the Terrace was not very good, we didn’t go into the Hugo or main dining room so we can’t judge the options there. The waiting staff had to wait on the Terrace and the dining rooms which on one evening just couldn’t cope. A nearby hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar menu which shouldn’t be difficult to replicate at the St Pierre Park which locals unanimously believe is the best hotel on the island.

Really lovely hotel well located for what Guernsey has to offer. Friendly staff, great spa facilities.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. The food is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be back again (hopefully soon!)

A lovely hotel with great facilities.
We had a Master Suite with it's own garden and private hotub, very luxurious.
Be aware that the hotel is a popular event venue and at times the events and the kitchen noise can be intrusive, worth checking on arrival if any events are planned. The staff are very helpful and understanding around the noise issue.
Food and Drink quality is superb.

We had a lovely four night stay at this hotel.
The accommodation was of a very high standard and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The location was ideal for exploring the whole island . The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal in the sunshine. Best of all were the staff, everyone we met was efficient and friendly but unobtrusive and very professional at every level. Thank you.

First time on Guernsey, travelled with friends who lived there many years ago for the 80th Liberation Day celebrations. Our stay at the St Pierre Park was one of many highlights. The hotel building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive without being overbearing, helpful and polite. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night having the 3 course a la carte menu, the food was fresh, full of flavour and presented beautifully. Breakfast offered a buffet of fresh fruit yogurt cereals and pastries and hot food with a seperate extensive menu from which I enjoyed Avacado and poached eggs on sourdough, smoked fish and cheese charcuterie and smoked salmon and poached eggs on toast. The best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in.
The rooms were well appointed with balcony, excellent tea and coffee facilities, iron, ironing board, robes, fridge and safe.
Unfortunately we did not have time to sample the spa and gym services but will definitely find time for this on our next trip.
The staff made our stay extra special with everyone we met being friendly, helpful and efficient with attention to detail, remembering little things that made you feel special. All of the staff were amazing and I could not fault anyone however we were served mainly over our stay by Abdul and Patricia within the bar and restaurant who provided an excellent service and made our stay thst little bit more special. We had a fabulous 4 days at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, and food generally was a good standard. Every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay so enjoyable.
Room with views over the lake was excellent.
Two big events were put on over the weekend, but no excessive noise. Out only slight disappointment was the spa facilities were fully booked,.which the ladies in our party were looking forward to using.
