My husband and I had breakfast at the Princess. Our server Javier Tomas was beyond excellent. The food, the views, everything makes it worth the stop. Highly recommended!!
Very nice and good experience, personal is great, food is rlly good too and Irma Jose Ruiz from the store is a very sweet and helpful woman.
I was disappointed with my experience. On the first night of our stay, there was hair in the bathtub. I reported it, and it was cleaned, but it created a very poor first impression.
I also needed the invoice for my stay and restaurant charges. I was told I could obtain it online, but I was never able to do so. I then contacted the hotel directly and made approximately 30 calls to the front desk. On several occasions, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, calls were disconnected, or the line was hung up.
Itzel, Elizabeth, and Mayra took my calls, but each time I was placed on hold and later told that “the call got disconnected.” Elizabeth asked me to provide my information again, which was very frustrating, as it was the fourth time I had already provided it. I had also already sent the information to the email address given to me initially.
As of now, I am still waiting to receive my invoice and am currently on hold again.

The hotel, the staff, the stay, the service was outstanding..
The sales people that Offer Princess Tianguis were quite invasive. Very nice before they gave you the presentation. If you did not buy it became obvious they didn’t want to talk to you and that was very unpleasant.
Went to the Princess Mundo restaurant overlooking the ocean- beach club. We were seated super fast both times and the server recommended a mezcal tamarindo drink (they had strawberry and mango too!). It was amazing! They also had a designated vegan area of the menu!! My friends got Caesar salad, a tostada, ceviche, and fish tacos and it was all delish. The Singapore noodles I had were fantastic! Then the next day I got a portobello burger that had grilled veggies and guacamole and was so good. And the service from our servers Nidia and Isabel was great. Definitely the best vegan food I’ve found so far in Acapulco in this area and such a beautiful location!
David, Lupita and Joel were awesome. Great food, great service and the customized my order to match my requests. Nice setup as well.
Service is top notch. Food is great. They do not have English menus though. Good thing we had an electronic translator. Our waiter was always there to give us what we meeded.
Beach Club restaurant was a grate experience, Isabel and Juan Carlos were very helpful with the recommendations and the service.

This place is still recovering from the hurricane but in good condition. It is under new ownership and there is a lot of work going on. The great staff makes up for any deficiencies. Two issues... there really isn't any place on property that serves dinner except a very average sushi place. Also it can be a bit noisy. in the end i had seven very pleasant days there.
The hotel staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The service was excellent! We also loved the food served at breakfast! We loved the pools, spa and the view of the city from our room. We took advantage of the breathtaking beach! Thank you Princess Munro Imperial for making our vacation one to remember! Thank you for your warm hospitality! If we are ever in Acapulco again, we’ll be happy to be one of your guests at Princess and we are also eager to visit your other locations! Hasta luego!
La habitación era casi perfecta, teníamos una con vista al campo de golf, pero el tamaño era amplísimo, buena limpieza sin embargo, encontramos dos cucarachas, una diario en la tina, al parecer salen del desagüe, rato por estar en el 12vo piso. El personal del restaurante y la recepción muy amables, excepto por un gerente Alexis Sixto, o algo así, una persona déspota y prepotente, y se supone que es el que ve las ventas, fue la peor experiencia de mi estancia, incluso peor que las cucarachas
En general tuve una experiencia magnífica, solo noté un detalle de un mesero que atendía en la alberca que tardaba mucho y luego se escondía atrás de la cascada a tomar un vaso extra que portaba en su mano supongo que para refrescarse.
